Hi,

thanks you very much for your answer.

My problem is that I'm beign terrorrised eighter by the police, or some
criminal network etc., each time I go out the door.

I've also been follwed by some mafia in Norway.

And also, I think something has happened to friends from my previous job in
Liverpool, and I'm sure that the police know about this.

The problem is that the police wont give me any information or advice, on
how to deal with these problems.

Neigheter the British or Norwegian Police are telling me whats going on etc.

And this is driving me insane.

And I think it is my right to get to know whats going on surrounding this.

But they won't tell me anything, about whats going on or how one should deal
with this etc.

So I think this is my right, to get informartion and advice.

And I also suspect that the Police are telling people, like my bank, not
give me a loan etc., and not to help me with some legal
cases etc. I'm dealing with.

So this is also a violation against my rights.

And also I wanted to report about harassment from the Norwegian department
of Amnesty.

Hope that this is alright, I think it's serious since I'm going a bit insane
here, and the police wont give me advice or information.

Hope that this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

PC's

When I was walking through town, to buy electricity earlier today, then at the end of Dale St., right before one gets to the Motorway, or what it's called.

Where one have a parking-area, on the right.

There, two Police Constables, suddently wanted to cross the road right in front of me.

So they occupied the pavement, right were I was directed.

Even if there are almost never any cars in that road. (It's not really Dale St., but it's between Dale St. and the Motorway. Right before were the library is etc.

So when I think about this episode now, it seems to me that this episode was arranged.

That the PC's tryed to eg. provoce a confrontation etc., by walking so that they obstructed the way I was walking, and then stopping there, for no appearent reason.

So it seems to me that they wanted to cross the street, and then stop on the pavement, right before me, to provoke some kind of confrontation.

And I've never seen police in that road before.

So I suspect a bit that this could have been some kind of arranged situation, perhaps linked with the electricity-machine at Spar in Dale St. not working, or 'not working' again, so that I had to walk through the whole town, to London RD., to buy the electricity-tickets.

Or it was really just one ticket, since I'm a bit low on cash etc.

So this is at least how the situation seemes to me, when I'm thinking back on it now.

Police using ordinary people to spy on ordinary people?

I can't even go to the shop without the Police, or whoever it is, spying on me.

I went to the Spar shop in Dale St. in Liverpool, today at 8.45, to buy electricity, and I could see that the woman with red hair, just more or less hanging there, was looking at my shoes, and recognised me.

She must have been spying on me for the police.

And she acted strange, looking like she was going to the movies etc., with make-up and all, before nine in the morning.

She didn't look tired at all, but aware, like she was doing her work.

And she walked around in the shop and bought a ten pack of sigarettes etc.

And the blonde, I think she was, also in her twenties, I think, said that the electricity-machine wasn't working. Again!

I had to go through the whole town, so that the police could spy a bit more on me?

And then when I came back, I spoke with Gill, the Manager there, at Spar, and she said that it was some problem with the BT-line this time.

And then the blond girl wasn't anywhere to be seen.

But the electricity-machine, is almost always not working there, and I think they must be working for the police or something like that, maybe the police want me to walk through town.

The police are f*cking with my rights.

I have the right to get information and advice, but the police chose to drive me insane and terrorise me, everytime I walk out the door.

The Police are not alowed to f*ck with peoples rights.

You are making me go insane.

I hate people f*cking with my rights.

The Police must have been calling everybody, and told them not to help me.

I'm going to try to kill them I think, they haven't got the right to destroy my life, what other things have they done?
