Hi, I don't have the money now. I have to conact the tenancy assosiation and the Council and the Home Office. Sorry if I said something wrong and sorry about the delay! You also haven't fixed the boiler, so I haven't had hot-water for more than a year, and the tenancy-agreement is to old, and you don't fix the washing-machine. I think I have to speak to your manager about this, you see, because of all these problems. Have a nice day!
