Hi, this is just dum! This a skill that companies demand now, and in May or October next year, it will be in less demand. This is a course that you have been advertising, on your website, for months, and people have adapted to that, and haven't planned for, that you would start changing the courses, in late August, two or three months after the course has been offered. If you don't understand how dum this is, then I don't think you are the right person in your job. Ok, I'm just dissapointed that you can operate like this, when people have planned to take this course for months. How can you say that trying to arrange the course is the best you can do, when you have had the course on the website for months. That's something that the College should plan ahead for, and not change, after having offering the course, on your website for months. That's very amatourism, nothing more, nothing less. I think the only thing you can do is to arrange the course, like a normal course, since you advertised it for months. You also get founds from the EU, I saw, who Norway pays billions to each year, so it's not like I'm exploiting you, since I'm from Norway, or anything. I just want to find a job, and then I need this course! The changes are not done on a whim, we took feedback from previous students and considered it before making the restructures. We also are bound by the wishes of our applicants. I appreciate that you have planned to do this but there was never any guarantee that it would go ahead, they all run subject to numbers and if there were not enough people for the course, it would not go ahead anyway. This is not my decision, nor an amateur way to run a course. We can only do what the applicants want us to do. I would like to be able to plan, but without students wanting the same thing, there is no course ever. Or there is one but it is very expensive. If you want to do the course in October then I will make efforts to run one, even if the numbers are small. This is the best I can do. So if you wanted the change the course based on feedback from last-year, why did advertise the un-change course. Stupid behaviour like this, causes problems for people who want to plan ahead. A Norwegian college wouldn't operate like this, so I'm disapointed that this happens in the UK. I think this changing that you've started with today is just dum, and very like amatours would have done..
