In Norway, were I'm from, we really call everything England, so Ireland, Britain, Wales, Scottland, etc., all that's really just called England, in Norway, in general speach.
So all that's really just the same, we think.

Anyway, Everton is also a Norwegian place-name, 'tun' or 'gårds-tun' in Norwegian means the place between the central houses on a farm, like I also explain in the Arvato-thread.
