Hi,

I'm dealing with BT regarding this now, so I wont go into detail.

But you write that BT don't provide Flickr.

But they really do provide Flickr, if one buy BT broadband then one also get Flickr.

(At least on some deals).

Just something I thought about when I read your letter.
