And how can you say I don't reply when I send the e-mails?

Sorry I'm a bit grumpy today and haven't brushed my teeth yet so don't have fine phone-voice unfortunately.

Tony isn't my support worker I think, by the way, I think that's Kris first and then Eric.


Also, I think it's strange that the Council send me to accomodation _with_ support, and then only wants to give housing benefit for accomodation but not support.

I'm not so into this MAS-stuff, but I try to learn.

new accomodation without support is very fine.

Maybe we could talk about it next week?

I get a bit stressed by all the phone-calls etc. today, hope it's ok to do this next week, have an e-business I try to run as well, which the Jobcentre knows about, so am going to be a bit occypied today unfortunately.

but the Council sent me to MAS.

And the Council are looking at my appeal which I've sent to you as well.

Shouldn't we wait untill the Council have replied to the appeal?


I have sat up all night writing on a book and am a bit tired now unfortunately.

Is this really such a hurry?

i am sorry you feel this way but when you signed your paperwork on interview it stated you must engage with your support worker, you are failing to do this after several attempts trying to contact you to arrange an appointment. You have stated that you no longer require support from ourselves only accommodation. I have said in our previous phone calls we have clients who need our support and our on waiting lists for our accommodation. Therefore we think this accommodation is no longer suitable for you and we have no other choice than to cancel your licence agreement with MAS. It is very important that you get in contact with us so we can try to arrange alternative accommodation where support is not provided. If you do not contact MAS we will have no other alternative other than to close your room and cancel your housing benefit claim with immediate effect.
