How many times has this happened?: Only once, but this is a relatively new account which seems dedicated to attacking me, I think.
I've sent you around one hundred similar reports lately.
This is organised, I think.
Further description of problem: This nick means 'Erik's peeing-wife'.
And the tweet means: 'have you had sex with more men lately'.
So this is an offensive tweet, I think.
