Hi,

I haven't ordered this.

This is spoofing.

I have been on job-interview with Heron in Old Swan, by the way.

(In 2010, I think it was).

The director from Yorkshire, (I think), wondered if I did mind the people there.

I don't know what he meant.

But if you could stop sending these e-mails that would be fine.

Hi,

I haven't ordered this eighter.

I've been at McDonalds in Norris Green today.

And Asda there.

I never order take-away, (in the UK).

I prefer well-known chains like McDonalds or Burger King, (at least abroad).

This is something called 'spoofing' that Russian mafia and other
terrorist are dealing with I think.

Hi,

I also send a copy to the Police, about this.

Yesterday someone sent four fast food-companies on my door.

And the day before that it was six companies, I think.

And one weekend in October it was 14 companies.

Hi,

my steph-cousin Andrea Ingebrigtsen is a student, (photograhpy), at
the Universitey-college in Poole.

She doesn't reply to my Facebook-messages.

But here in Walton in North-West UK, they have socialist MP.

So they don't want to send my cases to Parliamentary Ombudsman, since
I was at a few meetings, (led by Jan Tore Sanner), at the Conservative
Youth-party in Norway, in the 1990's.

So I can perhaps send to Poole, and you can send to Parliamentary Ombudsman?

Best regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

ok, I'll see if I can find the e-mail address for the professional
standards-department then.

I don't like the web-forms, you see.

I've gone to commerce-school, (in Norway), and learned that the
citizens can just send a normal letter, (or these days e-mail).

Thank you very much for explaining to me how to sort this.

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

PS.

Are you going to do anything with the Ofcom-case, I was wondering a bit.

PS 2.

If you by chance know the e-mail-address to the Merseyside Police
Professional Standards Department, then that would be very fine.

PS 3.

When I lived in Sunderland, a couple of years ago, one couldn't send
normal e-mails to the Police.

One had to log in to their website.

I don't like that, that's not right with what I learned on
commerce-shool, (I think).

The citizens should be allowed to send just a normal e-mail to organisations.

It's like some kind of 'Russian' stuff if they have the 'funny' stuff, I think.

If you have a complaint against the police you would in the first instance have to make this to the police force concerned for them to investigate.  If you remain dissatisfied with their response you can of course take this to the Independent Police Complaints Commission which can investigate, as this is not the role of the Parliamentary Ombuds.  The IPCC website gives details of how to make a complaint and has the required form for you to complete, which does not require your Member of Parliament to sign.

Hi,

some minutes ago the Jehovas Witnesses were on my door as well.

Someone sit all day and contacts the Jehovas Witnesses and orders fast
food in my name, it seems.

This must be criminal harassment, I think.

My fathers younger brother in Norway, Runar Mogan Olsen, (in the town
Son), has a wife, (Inger), and she is in the Jehovas Witnesses.

Maybe she is the one who orders all the pizza in my name I'm wondering.

Erik Ribsskog

PS.

Yesterday evening, four fast food-companies where on my door.

The first, (at 21.30), were called 'Just Eat', I think.

The second was a polite woman from Masey Take Away Chinese.

She complained about that the food cost was £30-40, and that this
would lead to shrinkage with them.

Something like that.

I called the Police, since Just Eat threatened me with calling the
Police, since I didn't want to pay for the food, which I hadn't
ordered.

The third company didn't have a name.

These two immigrants spoke with a gangster-accent, (or language), and
called me 'boss', several times.

So some of these companies are 'dodgy', and linked with criminals, I think.

They laughed of me and refused to leave the Court, so I called the police again.

The fourth guy was there with pizzas.

He said it was no way I hadn't ordered the pizzas.

But I really don't order take away.

I like to eat at Burger King or McDonalds, as a treat/meal, when I do
errends, in the city centre.

But I don't order take away.

I go to supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsburys or Asda.

Police-constable 3640 got here right after the pizza-guy, and spoke
with him, in Keith Avenue, he said.

The constable said the pizza delivery guy had told him, it was no way
to find out who had ordered.

But he should speak with the person responsible for the
ordering-system, I think.

(That would be the Managing Director, I think).

So the constable should just ask the delivery-guy the name and
contact-information, for the fast food-company.

And then contact the fast food-company, and ask to speak with the Duty
Manager, or the Managing Director.

Just as advice, since I've been working as a retail-manager in a big,
private company, in Norway, (Rimi), and have had an
organisation/management-module, when I studied at the private
university college NHI, in Norway, in 1989/90 and 1991/92.

I've also had an extra-job as a delivery-guy.

I delivered chinese food, for the company Chinatown Expressen, in
Eiksmarka, in Bærum, in Norway, for a few  months, in 1996, (before I
went to hospital, to operate due to a football-injury, in my knee,
from the summer of 1995, I think it was).

Hi,

these delivery-guys are often simple people of labour-class or
immigrant background.

I don't think it's easy to have an academic discusion with them about
how their companies website is constructed.

I think that's something that the Managing Director has to deal with.

I think you at the Police should have had a car placed in Keith Avenue
yesterday, and asked these six delivery-guys which companies they work
for, and then contact these companies and find out who placed the
false order in my name.

You the Police are supposed to serve the citizens.

It should be enough that I report this, I think.

We know from before that one of the companies have the strange name,
(it seems to me at least), Hungry House.

Have you at the police contacted Hungry House to get the IP-address of
the person who placed the phoney order in my name?

Then you could trace the IP-address, and call the Internet Service
Provider, and get the name of the criminals.

When these guys go on my door, with orders people have placed in my
name, it's really enough for me to get them to go away.

They often don't belive that I haven't ordered the food.

So I think it's the wrong time to start a discussion about their
ordering-system.

That should be done in a calmer setting, I think.

So that the communication isn't suffering from felings to do with
money and shrinkage, (like these companies get when people place funny
orders).

These desitions are taken higher in the organisations, I think.

It's clear to me these companies are a bit 'un-serious' since they
don't confirm the e-mail address of the customers who have ordered the
food, (since this food isn't paid for).

But I can't run these companies.

But I'm being harassed here, and then it's the police's job to stand
there in Keith Avenue and tell the delivery-guys to leave the
terror-victim Mr. Ribsskog alone.

I know you have a history of militant sosialism, in Liverpool.

I sometimes wonder if these now work in the police-department, since
they don't do the police-work in a western way, I think.

Why do I wonder if I live in Moscow, when I correspond with you, I'm wondering.

Is this some kind of militant sosialism?

Regards,

Erik Ribsskog
