Hi, you mean dis-information. The claim was closed according to the _dis-information_ contained therein. I don't know which world the Jobcenter lives in. But you seem to be unable to acknowledge that you have done a mistake here, and accepted dis-information, (from someone impersonating me), as information. (Like I've explained about in the e-mails you mention). I'm going to claim a rapid reclaim, later today. But that's because I don't have a choice. I'm dependant on the Jobcentre, to get jobseekers allowance to get money for food. And food and shelter etc., are basic needs, like we learned at Commerce and Office-school.
