And neighter does the HRMC.

I want you to tell these organisations to put their e-mail-addresses on their web-sites.

Your complaint to the Parliamentary Ombudsman

Thank you for your complaint of 30 January 2014 about HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). You complain that HMRC are harassing you and are not using your correct title when addressing correspondence to you. I was sorry to learn of your concerns.


At this time we have decided that we should wait until you have completed HMRC’s complaints process before we look at your concerns further. This is because we often find that organisations themselves are in the best position to resolve complaints about their service quickly and effectively. It is also important for organisations to have full opportunity to resolve complaints themselves before we become involved.


In addition to their internal complaints process HMRC also have a second tier to their complaints procedure called the Adjudicator. Their role is to look at how HMRC deal with their cases. We expect you to have been to the Adjudicator and received their final decision before you bring your complaint to us.


In order to progress your complaint you should follow the complaints process as laid down in HMRC’s complaints fact sheet which I have provided a link to below:



If the Adjudicator is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can then return to the Ombudsman. If you do need to return to us, it is important that the Adjudicator have provided you with their final response to your complaint, and confirmed that there is nothing further that they can do to try to resolve your concerns. 


At that stage you will need to ask an MP to refer your complaint to us, as we cannot consider a complaint about HMRC unless it has been referred to us by an MP. You can find out who your MP is using the following website: www.parliament.uk/mps-lords-and-offices/mps/ or by telephoning the House of Commons Information Office on: 020 7219 4272.


The easiest way to bring your complaint to us is by completing our complaint form and then passing it to your MP to sign. I have attached a copy of our form, which can also be downloaded from our website at: www.ombudsman.org.uk.


When you complete the form, please make sure you give us as much information as you can, as this will help us to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible.  In particular, you will need to:


  • explain what was wrong with the response(s) you have already received to your complaint;

  • say what you want us to achieve for you;

  • send us copies of any relevant correspondence and papers that you have;

  • give written permission for us to obtain any papers and records connected to the complaint; and

  • confirm whether you are taking legal action about it (because, by law, that may prevent us from looking at the complaint).

You also ask if we can provide an email address for contacting HMRC on. I am sorry but we are not able to do this. However, HMRC’s advice line may be in a better to position to provide this information for you. You can find the telephone numbers for their centres listed on the complaints fact sheet.

I dag, så var jeg og handla, på Tesco og Sainsburys.

Tesco har ganske lave priser, men min lokale Tesco, er ofte utsolgt.

(Siden de har for lite hylleplass.

Eller bestiller for lite, av de varene som jeg pleier å handle.

Noe sånt).

Jeg var først, på Tesco Walton.

(Som jeg tenker på, litt som en basar nå.

Siden de er så ofte utsolgt.

Og siden at butikken er så trang, (må man vel si).

Og siden at de har tre forskellige typer handlekurver.

(Som alle tre har cirka samme volum.

Men som ikke passer oppi hverandre).

Noe som gir butikken et slags preg av u-land, må man vel si).

Så sånn er det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

Tesco Metro har i det siste vært utsolgt, for 1.5 kilo chips.

Som koster 82 pence vel, (altså cirka 8 kroner).

Men i dag, så lå den en pakke, innerst i fryse-skapet.

Men jeg måtte virkelig jobbe, for å få fatt i den.

For varene var ikke trukket fram, da.

(Noe som man vel helst bør gjorde, hvis man bruker de skapene).

Og døra til fryse-skapet, lukket seg ikke automatisk.

(Noe jeg regna med at den ville).

Så ei dame, som skulle kjøpe frysevarer.

Hu lukka døra jeg hadde åpnet, da.

Før jeg så det, at den ikke lukket seg automatisk.

Antagelig fordi at hu og venninna, dukka opp, etter meg, da.

(Det var to venninner som ropte, mens jeg gikk til Tesco.

De gikk samme veien.

Og oppførte seg besynderlig, (siden at de ropte), må man vel si.

Men jeg tror at det var et annet venninne-par.

Noe sånt).

Så sånn var det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

Tesco Walton har også slutta med 2 liter Sun Sip-cola nå.

De flaskene kosta cirka 42 pence, (altså cirka 4 kroner).

De har fått en annen type cola istedet.

Men det slaget koster nærmere 90 pence vel.

Men på lablene, foran den nye Tesco-colaen, så står det 57 pence.

Så jeg ble lurt, på lørdag, for den cola-en kosta en del mer.

Så sånn er det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

Kassadama, (ei høy dame, i 20-årene vel).

Hu dreiv og tasta tekstmeldinger, (eller noe sånt), på en privat mobil.

Innimellom at hu scanna varene mine.

Og hu hadde ingen åpne poser liggende, i kassa si.

(For Tesco-posene er vanskelige å åpne.

Så noen kassadamer åpner de for kundene.

Og så ligger det en del åpne poser, i avlukket, hvor varene havner, da).

Så sånn var det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

Og sikkerhetsvakten, hadde bare en svart jakke og blå skjorte.

(Men det kan ikke kalles uniform, vil jeg si.

For det stod ikke Tesco, eller noe, på tøyet hans).

Og han gikk inn i butikken, foran meg.

(Av en eller annen grunn).

Og stod og trykte på en mobil, han og, vel.

Noe sånt.

Så sånn var det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

PS.

På Sainsburys i Rice Lane.

(Hvor det tidligere har vært zoologisk hage.

Så jeg på en utstilling, av gamle bilder, (som jeg posta om på bloggen), i County Rd., for noen få uker siden).

Så har de mye større butikkareal.

Så de blir sjelden utsolgt.

(For vareutvalget er det ikke like stor forskjell på, som butikkarealet.

På disse to butikkene, da.

Begge er supermarked-størrelse, (når det gjelder vareutvalg), liksom.

Kanskje som Mega i Norge.

(Noe sånt).

Selv om begge kjedene også har andre konsepter.

Begge kjedene har både mindre og større butikker.

Når det gjelder vareutvalg).

Men prisene er ofte litt høyere, på Sainsburys.

Derfor gikk jeg på Tesco først.

Også kjøpte jeg det som var billigere der, (som de ikke var utsolgt for).

(For Tesco Walton er nærbutikken min.

Så det er ikke så stor omvei, å liksom svinge innom, den butikken først, da).

Så sånn er det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

I kassa, så ble det krøll.

Jeg gikk til selvbetjenings-kassene.

Jeg så på skjermen, at noen hadde slått inn varer.

(10 varer, av noe slag, var det vel).

Og så var det en strek, over den linjen.

Jeg blir jo utsatt for falske anmeldelser, og sånn.

Så jeg tenkte at dette er kanskje noe 'mafia-tull'.

Så jeg valgte heller en kasse, som det ikke stod noe, på skjermen til.

Men da begynte ei eldgammal kone, (med Sainsburys uniform), å si det, at jeg kunne bare bruke den kassa.

Men jeg hadde ikke spurt henne om noe.

Så jeg bare ignorerte henne.

Og gikk til en annen ledig selvbetjeningskasse.

(For det mener jeg at kundene må få lov til.

Å velge kasse.

Når det er mange ledige).

Så dukka det opp en krafig kar.

Som valgte samme kasse, som den jeg først valgte.

Og da ble det krøll.

Jeg spurte så hu 'oldemora'.

Om hvorfor hu hadde bedt meg å bruke den kassa.

Når det ble krøll der.

Hu sa at han kunden gjorde noe feil, når han kjøpte såpe.

Så det var ikke sånn, at det feilslaget, (som var korrigert, men lappen var ikke slått ut), gjorde, at det ble krøll, (mente hu kona).

Jeg spurte så, om hvorfor de ikke brukte de andre selvbetjeningskassene, som ikke står så nære hverandre.

Da ropte hu på ei kraftig bygget dame, som hadde et navnskilt, hvor det stod Julie.

Og hu sa det, at de ikke hadde nok folk, til å bruke, de andre selvbetjeningskassene, (hvor folk har bedre plass).

Hu sa at de andre kassene, var for folk, som hadde 'trolleys'.

Jeg svarte så, at folk tok med seg barnevogner og handlevogner, i de selvbetjeningskassene, som var åpne også.

Og da svarte Julie det, at man kunne ta med alt man ville, til de trange selvbetjeningskassene.

(Så da ga jo ikke det noe mening.

At de andre selvbetjeningskassene var for 'trolleys'.

For det var jo lov å ta med trolleys, til de åpne selvbetjeningskassene og.

Og jeg har ofte merket, at det er dårlig plass, i de nevnte kassene.

For man dulter borti andre kunder ofte, da.

Så jeg har tenkt på de selvbetjeningskassene, (som var åpne i dag), som noe 'kommunist-greier'.

Siden man kommer så tett innpå de andre kundene ofte, da).

Julie sa at de trange selvbetjeningskassene, var seks stykker.

Så derfor brukte de heller de, enn de andre, (som bare er fire stykker).

(Og som er i den andre enden, av butikken).

Jeg viste Julie at disse seks kassene, var skrudd fast, i gulvet.

Og jeg spurte hvorfor de var plassert, så nære hverandre.

Og hu svarte da, at de skulle flyttes, (eller at de skulle bytte kassene), i juni.

(Noe sånt).

Så sånn var det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Men men.

PS 2.

Disse selvbetjeningskassene, er for 'trolleys', (ifølge Julie, på Sainsburys Rice Lane), og de blir nesten aldri brukt, visstnok grunnet at Sainsburys har for få ansatte:

Sainsburys Rice Lane har altså to selvbetjeningskasse-avdelinger.

(Noe som vel er litt rart.

Hm).

Den selvbetjeningskasse-avdelingen, som er i den andre enden av butikken, har kasser, som står veldig trangt, da.

Så sånn er det.

Bare noe jeg tenkte på.

Øivinds mor, det var Ingeborg Olsen, (fra Svelvik).

Hu var datter, av den svenske skomakeren Olof Olsson (Brunmark).

Og hu hadde to bestemødre.

Nemlig Maria Lovisa Westerberg, (fra Sverige).

Og hu var vel neppe etter Iver Huitfeldt, fra Hurum.

Det må nok ha vært Ingeborg Olsen sin mormor, som eventuelt var etter Iver Huitfeldt da.

Og det blir Oline Hansdatter, fra Nesbygda vel.

Hu har jeg ikke søkt så mye om foreldrene til osv., (sånn som jeg husker det).

Men jeg får kanskje prøve, å heller finne ut mer om henne, da.
