Doubt surrounding the 'pizza-meat' binding-agent
The neutrality of this section is disputed.
Please see the discussion on the talk page.
In a thread on the Norwegian TV2 Nettavisen administered message-board Veggavisen, some doubt regarding which binding-agent that is being used in the 'pizza-meat' mixture[4], on the original Grandiosa, was put forward.[5] One of the webpages on the Stabburet website states that the binding-agent being used is soy protein[6], while another states that the binding-agent being used is gelatin based on swine.[7] In an 1997 article from the online editon of the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet, the Factory Director, Ivar Moss, is being referred to as saying, with the Information Director in Orkla Foods, Håkon Mageli present, that they have recently switched the binding-agent from soy protein to gelatin.[8] On the Grandiosa boxes, it's saying, that the binding-agent being used is soy protein.[9][10][11]

In the same thread on the Veggavisen message-board, as referred to in last section, a small paradox regarding the fact that the extremely popular Norwegian Italian-style Orkla Group Stabburet Grandiosa pizzas[12] aren't being sold in Sweden, even if the far less popular Norwegian American-style Orkla Group Stabburet Big One pizzas[13] are. (Under the product-name 'Grandiosa Pan Pizza', and the Orkla Group producer-label 'Procordia Food').[14], was uncovered.[15]
In Sweden, only "Grandiosa"-pizzas produced on the Orkla Group Procordia Food pizza-factory in Vansbro in Dalarna in Sweden[16], and on the Orkla Group Stabburet Big One pizza-factory in Stranda in Norway, are being sold.[17]
In the rural West-Norwegian municipality of Stranda, in the traditional district of Sunnmøre, in Møre og Romsdal, there are actually two Orkla Group Stabburet pizza-factories. One Big One-factory, and one Grandiosa-factory.[18]
The American-style pizzas produced on the Big One-factory, are being sold as 'Big One' pizzas in Norway[19], and as 'Grandiosa Pan Pizza' in Sweden and Finland.[20][21]
The Italian-style pizzas produced on the Grandiosa-factory are being sold as 'Grandiosa' pizzas in Norway[22], and as 'Grandiosa' pizzas of the category 'Perhepizzat', family-pizzas, in Finland.[23]

[edit] Doubt surrounding the 'pizza-meat' binding-agent
The neutrality of this section is disputed.
Please see the discussion on the talk page.
There is some doubt surrounding which binding-agent is being used in the 'pizza-meat' mixture[4]. One of the webpages on the Stabburet website states that the binding-agent being used is soy protein[5], while another states that the binding-agent being used is gelatin based on swine.[6] In an 1997 article from the online editon of the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet, the Factory Director, Ivar Moss, is being referred to as saying, with the Information Director in Orkla Foods, Håkon Mageli present, that they have recently switched the binding-agent from soy protein to gelatin.[7] On the Grandiosa boxes, it's saying, that the binding-agent being used is soy protein.[8][9][10]
[edit] Pizzas produced on the Grandiosa pizza-factory in Stranda, not being sold in Sweden
The neutrality of this section is disputed.
Please see the discussion on the talk page.
There seems to be a small paradox surrounding the fact that the extremely popular Norwegian Italian-style Orkla Group Stabburet Grandiosa pizzas[11] aren't being sold in Sweden, even if the far less popular Norwegian American-style Orkla Group Stabburet Big One pizzas[12] are. (Under the product-name 'Grandiosa Pan Pizza', and the Orkla Group producer-label 'Procordia Food').[13]
In Sweden, only "Grandiosa"-pizzas produced on the Orkla Group Procordia Food pizza-factory in Vansbro in Dalarna in Sweden[14], and on the Orkla Group Stabburet Big One pizza-factory in Stranda in Norway, are being sold.[15]
In the rural West-Norwegian municipality of Stranda, there are actually two Orkla Group Stabburet pizza-factories. One Big One-factory, and one Grandiosa-factory.[16]
The American-style pizzas produced on the Big One-factory, are being sold as 'Big One' pizzas in Norway[17], and as 'Grandiosa Pan Pizza' in Sweden and Finland.[18][19]
The Italian-style pizzas produced on the Grandiosa-factory are being sold as 'Grandiosa' pizzas in Norway[20], and as 'Grandiosa' pizzas of the type 'Perhepizzat' in Finland.[21]

In Sweden, only 'Grandiosa' pizzas produced on the Orkla Group Procordia Food pizza-factory in Vansbro in Dalarna in Sweden[14], and on the Orkla Group Stabburet Big One pizza-factory in Stranda in Norway, are being sold.[15]
In the remote West-Norwegian municipality of Stranda, there are actually two Orkla Group Stabburet pizza-factories.

Doubt surrounding the 'pizza-meat' binding-agent
The neutrality of this section is disputed.
Please see the discussion on the talk page.
There seems to be a small paradox surrounding the fact that the extremely popular Norwegian Orkla Group Stabburet Grandiosa pizzas[11] aren't being sold in Sweden, even if the less popular Norwegian Orkla Group Stabburet Big One pizzas[12] are. (With the product-name of 'Grandiosa Pan Pizza', under the Orkla Group producer-label of 'Procordia Food AB').[13]
In Sweden, only 'Grandiosa' pizzas produced on the Orkla Group Procordia pizza-factory in Vansbro in Dalarna in Sweden[14], and on the Orkla Group Stabburet Big One pizza-factory in Stranda in Norway, are being sold.[15]
In the West-Norwegian municipality of Stranda, there are actually two Orkla Group Stabburet pizza-factories. One Big One factory, and one Grandiosa factory.[16]
The pizzas produced on the Big One factory, are being sold as 'Big One' pizzas in Norway[17], and as 'Grandiosa Pan Pizza' in Sweden and Finland.[18][19]
The pizzas produced on the Grandiosa factory are being sold as 'Grandiosa' pizzas in Norway[20], and as 'Grandiosa' pizzas of the type 'Perhepizzat' in Finland.[21]

There is some doubt surrounding which binding-agent is being used in the 'pizza-meat' mixture.[4] One of the webpages on the Stabburet website states that the binding-agent being used is soy protein[5], while another states that the binding-agent being used is gelatin based on swine.[6] In an 1997 article from the online editon of the Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet, the Factory Director, Ivar Moss, is being referred to as saying, with the Information Director in Orkla Foods, Håkon Mageli present, that they have recently switched the binding-agent from soy protein to gelatin.[7] On the Grandiosa boxes, it's saying, that the binding-agent being used is soy protein.[8][9][10]
[edit] Pizzas produced on the Grandiosa pizza-factory in Stranda, not being sold in Sweden

There seems to be a small paradox surrounding the fact that the extremely popular Grandiosa Original pizzas aren't being sold in Sweden, even if the less popular Big One pizzas are.[11]
In Sweden, only pizzas produced on the Orkla Group owned Procordia pizza-factory in Vansbro in Dalarna in Sweden[12], and on the Stabburet Big One pizza-factory in Stranda in Norway, are being sold.[13]
In the West-Norwegian municipality of Stranda, there are actually two Stabburet pizza-factories. One Big One factory, and one Grandiosa factory.[14]
The pizzas produced on the Big One factory, are being sold as 'Big One' pizzas in Norway[15], and as 'Grandiosa Pan Pizza' in Sweden and Finland.[16][17]
The pizzas produced on the Grandiosa factory are being sold as 'Grandiosa' pizzas in Norway, and as 'Grandiosa Perhepizzat' in Finland.[18]
