Hi,

the Adjudicator, has written a long and methodical letter, and fine, in the way, that it's without spelling-errors, etc.

But, they ignore one thing.

That was, that I called the Tax-office, and asked them, if the cheque I got in the post, with the tax-return, was the _final_ figure.

(This was long after I had sent all the documentation).

The tax-office confirmed, on the phone, that the cheque, was the right, final figure.

Still, some time later, I got a charge, which said that I had gotten to much money.

Then I mean, that they can't just say one thing on the phone, and then charge me later.

This, the Adjuctator ignores.

So I wanted to complain about this.

(Also the Adjudicator hasn't signed her letter, which I think is a bit unconventional.

What's going on, shouldn't letters like this be singed to be formal?)

Thanks in advance for helping me over-turn this unfair decition by the Adjudicator.

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hei,

Hi,

it still says Irina works as a News Editor, on your website:

News Editors: Elisabeth Skoda

Irina Ball
Patrycja Przelaczkowska

And there's a company in Germany called Ball Packaging Europe:

Just for the fun of Company Researching of the old days of 2007 and 2008. :)

Hi Tim,

no problem.

But I'm a Company Researcher, remember?

I seem to remember that your owner company were someone called Ball in Germany?

But that's no big deal anyway, and not something I researched about now, just something I seem to remember.

Hi,

I understand, I thought about the cans, with 0.33 liters in them, at first.

But this is a project in the future, so it's maybe better I think about this later, and possibly get back to you about this.

I thought of starting as a home-business, but I seem to remember there are packing-services, who handle and pack the goods for a charge, so if the businesses are succesfull, then I could out-source the handling and the packing for a packing-service company, I thought.

I've been in contact with Fox's Confectionary, regarding buying from them, and I will later, when I have enough turn-over, to buy more than 20 boxes at a time.

But untill then, I'll just buy the cans of soda pop, in cash & carry-shops, which also Fox's mentioned as a possibility.

I'm also wondering about maybe starting with a Web Design-company, so I'm not sure if I'll start these companies, but they are like future projects I have on my mind now.

Say hi to Irina, who I co-operated with, on the Packaging Europe Database-projects.

Some of the sweets are for the people at the office/Irina, as well, don't eat all yourself!

Only joking.

Sorry about this!

Hi Erik,

My first thought with regard to exporting carbonated drinks is that if you ordered them in bulk quantities (e.g. several boxes each containing several bottles), you could reuse the packaging in which you received them to transport them safely to Norway. The other advantage is that you would be able to purchase the drinks at a lower cost and make a better profit. However, you would have to be confident there was a market for them before making the purchase yourself.

By the way, don’t feel you need to send any more sweets before you ask for advice! I’ll be happy to answer any packaging question if I know the answer.

That’s an interesting question about the packaging. I agree that there would be a real risk of damaging the crisps in transit. You would definitely need an additional layer of packaging to protect them – maybe a light cardboard box, preferably small enough for the crisps package inside not to rattle around. This should be fairly cheap and is light but provides some rigidity to protect the crisps.

Thanks for the co-operation, with the Packaging Europe-database, in 2007 and 2008.

I've now started a new webshop, specialising, in selling British food, to Scandinavia, (and Europe):

I have some problems with the packaging, for the crisps and the tortilla-chips.

I thought maybe it was ok, if I asked you, since you work in the packaging-industry.

I need a packaging, that is light-weight, (because I send with airmail), which is in-expensive, (since the products aren't that expensive), and which have room for the 6-packs of 30 grams crisps and tortilla chips, that are very popular, in the UK.

I sell mostly British sweets, but some customers have alse enquired about the crisps.

I used to work as a food shop-manager in Norway, so this is two of my fields, IT and groceries/food.

Since they have stopped selling the Glacier-mints in Norway.

So I thought I could sell them on the internet, since many people in Norway, miss the Glacier-mints.

(I've read on the internet).

I mostly use buble-envelopes.

But, I'm not sure if these are good enough, to send as air mail, without the crisps being broken into many pieces.

I understand this is not really packaging, but more like wrapping.

But I just thought about the packaging-job, when I thought about this, with the wrapping.

So I thought that maybe you would know about this.

Do you think it's possible to send the crips to Norway etc., without them being distroyed?

Hope this is alright!

Jeg forklarte at jeg kaster søpla 'in the bin store, behind the beer-garden'.

Subject: Hi Tim,

how are you?

Best regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi Tim,

well I have had some problems with hackers, and am now working on another website, to do with my blogs.

But I'll try again to set up a new webshop, besides my job-search, later this year, or in the new-year.

I thought I'd better send the glacier mints, or else I couldn't ask for packaging-advice again.

Only joking!

But I wondered, in Norway they don't sell the soda-pop brands Dr. Pepper and Coca Cola Cherry.

I wondered about selling them to Norway, in single boxes and 6-packs.

Have you please got some suggestion for the packaging?

(This is in the future, maybe next year, so it's no hurry).

Thank you very much again for the e-mail!

Best regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi Tim,

that sounds very smart.

I'll send some mints/sweets, that I sell to Norway, to your office, to Irina or something, as thank you for the help with the packaging/wrapping.

At least if the customers buy them all, at once :)

Only joking.

Thank you very much for the advice with this.

I'll check on Staples and places like that.

I'll put the crisps and the tortilla chips and the alcohol, in an own online Off Licence now, I thought.

So then I have some time to find the right packaging, before that online shop opens.

So I already have a spin off, on the sweets/mints-shop.

(Since they stopped selling Glacier Mints in Norway, for some reason.

And I've read that the customers miss them there).

But we'll see if someone buy them yet.

I haven't started marketing yet, on Google etc.

So I can't say for sure if it's going to be a success yet.

But if it is a success, then I'll think I'll subsribe to the Packaging Database, that I worked on, in 2007 and 2008, to find the best and most in-expensive packaging-solution.

We'll see.

Thank you very much for the help with the advice again!

Hi Erik,

That’s an interesting question about the packaging. I agree that there would be a real risk of damaging the crisps in transit. You would definitely need an additional layer of packaging to protect them – maybe a light cardboard box, preferably small enough for the crisps package inside not to rattle around. This should be fairly cheap and is light but provides some rigidity to protect the crisps.

Best wishes,

United Utilities ringte

Men men.

Så vi får se hva som skjer.

Vi får se.

Hi,

sorry I'm sending many e-mails.

I remember one thing at a time.

When Mr. Ellis asked me if it was cold, was at 4 pm.

And then, he says later, he wondered if he should wear his jacket.

But does he leave his jacket in the office?

This wasn't for lunch.

Because who has lunch at 4.30 pm?

He must have noticed, at lunch if it was a cold day.

I suspect Mr. Ellis has no senserity, he's just an oppurtunist, who makes up stories, like a cynic.

That's my impression now.

Sorry I'm writing many e-mails.

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

because I noticed Mr. Ellis looking at/analysing my shoes, in one of the meetings.

And he said, on Tuesday, that the reason he asked me if it was cold outside, in the meeting before.

Was because he wondered if he should put on his jacket.

And he mentioned 'jacket' twice.

So maybe he isn't impressed by my clothes?

And is mocking me a bit?

But it's his job, to give me Sencia-founds for business-clothes, if I understand it right, since he is my PA, if he thinks I need it.

But I wonder if he is just judging me from my clothes, and then just mocking me, insted of doing his job, and advicing me about clothes for meetings etc., in the UK.

Because I'm from a small place in Norway, so I'm not that good with clothes, always, so I could have needed advice, if I don't dress according to dress-codes.

But I think Mr. Ellis don't advice but mock.

He should have noticed, in the morning, if it was a cold day or not, I think.

Did he sleep in the office, just to joke.

I haven't had much money, these years I've been living in the UK.

So I buy clothes on ASDA and Matalan etc., and inexpensive clothes, so maybe Mr. Ellis is making fun of me, since he's not impressed with my clothes, and thinks I am a kind of person he can just 'mess' with, since I haven't got much money etc?

Just something that came to my mind.

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi again,

some of these problems could be because I'm really a refuge, from Norway.

I overhear in Oslo, in 2003, that I was followed by the 'mafian'.

And I was attempted murdered, in Larvik, on my uncles womans farm, in 2005.

But the Home Office, don't want to accept me as a refugee, since I'm from Norway, I guess.

And I have to pretend, to be a normal job-seeker, whilst I really am a refugee, who tries to get my rights, in Norway and the UK, and use some time, om writing on the internet etc., about this, to try to get my rights from the police, etc.

I went to the UK, without anything else than the clothes I wore, in 2005, (since I was attach, by some hunting-team, or something).

And noone in Norway helps me, so I'm not really in a normal situation here, but I'm not sure how to explain about this, to my Personal Advisor, maybe he would freak out, because this is really police-stuff, I think, and I have contacted the Merseyside Police many times, about this, and problems at Bertelsmann Arvato, but the Police here just call me 'Miss', in letters etc.

So I understand that I get strange behavour from working-class/mobster-people due to that they don't understand why I'm here etc.

So this is a really a bit ridiculus, that I have to pretend to be a normal jobseeker, while I am a refugee.

But thats to do with the governments of Norway and the UK, i think I have to say, and the EU and the UN, which I've also contacted.

Sorry about these problems!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi again,

and the reason I'm a bit upset/stressed now, and sending many e-mails.

Is because Mr. Ellis interrupted the meeting before last, to show me a fairground attraction.

Which I didn't understand anything about.

So this 'freaked me out' a bit, I think.

Mr. Ellis said in the last meeting, that he didn't want the meetings to be 'mechanical'.

But I think I'm a part in the meeting, as well, and think they are supposed to be held in a conventional way.

So I didn't like or understand anything about this fairground attraction-stuff.

And I still don't.

Why did Mr. Ellis interrupt the meeting to show me the fairground attraction?

Is this some British mobster-stuff, that I don't understand, since I'm a normal guy from Norway?

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

so, the reason I'm sending many e-mails, is because I'm from Norway.

So then I'm a bit slow in the meetings.

So then I have to try to go through the meetings again, when I get home, to try to get to explain what I didn't manage to explain in the meetings.

Just something I thought about now.

Just to try to explain, that I don't mean to be inpolite, by sending many e-mails, but I have a 'handicap', in the meetings, due to that Norwegian is my first language.

Sorry about this!

Yours sincerely,

Hi,

I send about this to you.

I have complained about Mr. Ellis before, but you haven't replied.

Now he is patronising me.

I think I have the right to know which degree my Personal Advisor have.

Then I know if he has a good education or not.

Now, I don't know if he is an under-paid guy, or one who is well-paid, and should offer good customer-support.

I think I'm the customer, or client, here.

I think they are to un-conventonal at Sencia, no business-cards, interrupting meetings to talk about fairgroud atractions, Personal Advisors with bags under their eyes and with a smell and he act like he's crunching himself, (I think it's called).

Why this secrecy?

Why wont they explain about education etc?

Is he labour-class, midle-class, or what?

I can't know if I don't get the business-card.

This secrecy is distroying for the communication.

I have a blog in Norwegian, where I give advice to Norwegians who want to work in the UK, so that's why I write on the internet.

He say he don't need to 'justify his methods'.

I'm simply complaining about un-conventinal behavour.

I'm also in these meetings, so I also I'm a part here.

If one person acts strange in a meeting, then I have the right to ask about what the reason for this is, I think.

I think there could be something 'bogus' here, why can't I get the business-card for this person?

He says my behaviour is unacptable, I appologise, for calling him 'peronal assistant', instead of 'personal advisor', but that's just a typing-error, and I'm from Norway, (like I've explained to Mr. Ellis), so I sometimes type a bit wrong.

Why is Mr. Ellis afraid of my questions in the e-mails?

I think he is afraid of leveling.

I think it's important that a client and his Personal Advisor are on level.

So I think this Employment Zone-stuff with Sencia, with they're secresy and that they don't want to level, is very strange.

This I wanted to please complain about.

And I'm wondering if I could please go to Employment-Zones with another company?

Or at least get another Personal Advisor?

Also, I think my complaint against Mr. Ellis should have been dealt with by his line-manager, and not himself, on Tuesday, so that's a complaint against Sencia Hanover St.

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi again,

and seriously Mr. Ellis.

I told you in my e-mails, that the facts on the CV you made for me, was
wrong.

That there shouldn't be a gap in my employment-history with Rimi.

And that you had put on two degrees I don't really have.

So these are facts, on the CV, which are wrong.

So these need to be corrected, or else it's more or less like fraud, I
think.

And I want to be on level with you, since you have made the CV, and is
my Personal Assistant.

But I think you must be over-worked.

Like I said in the complaint to the job-centre, you had bags under your

And on the meeting on Tuesday, I thought you even had a smell.

So I think you have to much to do.

Who is your manager, if I can ask?

At least I think it's un-profesional of you, not to correct the errors I've
pointed out, on the CV.

I send a copy of our correspondence from yesterday, to the Jobcentre

Hi Mr. Ellis,

I just wanted to send some feedback on the CV.

Firstly, my degree from university-level, is a
'Høgskolekandidat'-degree, in IT, from Oslo University College, from
2009.

Jet tells me this is comparable with a Foundation Degree/Higher
National Diploma.

That's it.

I haven't got any more degrees from University-level, even if I
wait for one, in Information Management, but then NITH in Oslo has to
approve of some of my IT-modules from Oslo University College first.

And I haven't got a Higher National Diploma in IT, it's only a degree
which is comparable with that.

Further, I have sent my CV to 'the Fuller CV', and they wanted me to
write about that I have a degree in marketing in my personal profile, so
perhaps that should be mentioned, on the CV, that I have a degree from Upper
Secondary School in Marketing, (and Information Management).

Also, I think it perhaps should say on the CV, that I have skills in
HTML, Javascript, CSS, Programming, System Development, etc.

You said in the first meeting that you wanted to asses my IT-skills,
but I can't see that you have done that.

I think that since I have a degree in IT, then IT is my main-field, and
then my IT-skills should be put on top of the CV.

Since when I look for jobs, on the Jobcentre website, then I first look
for the IT jobs in Web-design etc.

And then I think the CV should be customised for that.

Also, you didn't write on the summary that I gave you a copy of file
showing the jobs I've applied for, since the last meeting.

And you didn't write in the summary, that I showed you the website,
that I have been working on, since the last meeting:

You said I shouldn't have a photo of myself with a beer-can, on a site
like that.

I explained it was from the Matthew St. Festival, where one are
allowed to drink outside.

Since one of my interests, like it says on the CV, are music.

You also wondered if I was going to put my CV on that web-site,
which I could confirm.

And I showed you a picture of my grand-mothers furniture, to do
with that she inherited Holger baron Adeler, which is Norways only 'proper'
noble-line, I think I have to say.

Just thought I'd write this, while I remember it.

Hope this is alright!

Best regards,

Erik Ribsskog
