Hi,

well I've canceled the old direct debit, since I've moved now.

I wanted a new Direct Debit set up now, for the £1.50 a month.

I haven't got a landline-phone here at the university and I'm out of credit, on my mobile, so I would prefer to deal with this in writing, on e-mail.

Hope this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Dear Mr. Ribsskog,

Thank you for your recent e-mail regarding the cancellation of the line and your e-mail with BT.

Yes you have to set up direct debit for the payment. But make sure that you have to request for this service when you place an order to stop your Broadband and telephone line.

If you want to discuss further please provide me the your alternate contact number.

I hope you are happy with all I have done for you. You will be getting an e-mail soon with a short survey. Please be honest, it is about how I have dealt with things and also more generally about BT.

Thank you for contacting BT.

Hi,
yes that's right, I would please like to cancel broadband and my old
landline.
It's ok to pay £1.50 a month for the BT e-mail and Flickr, I think, since I
want to please keep my pictures on Flickr.

Can we set ut a Direct Debit, from next month, for the e-mail and Flickr?

Hi,

I had a dispute with my Landlord, and the case ended up in the County Court.

Unfortunately, I didn't get a letter about a court-hearing, so I complained about this.

The Court ignored the complaint, (even if I also complained to the Parliamentary Ombudsman), and the Police and the Bailiff, came and threw me out, of my flat in Leather Lane, on Wednesday.

I now live at temporary accommodation, at my old university, University of Sunderland, (where I plan to continue studying eighter part-time or full-time now).

I inform you about this, since I've been unemployed the last couple of years, and have been receiving Housing Benefit and Council Tax-benefit, from the Liverpool City Council.

Hope this is alrigh and thanks again for the help!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

I can't see that I've recieved a reply to this e-mail.

I'm at the library at St. Peters now.

I was at the Goldman-building, but there were no computers there now.

I was wondering if I could please have my old log-in back, for the University intranet.

There's also a possibility I could study part-time, while I search for new jobs, since I'm unemployed at the moment, unfortunately.

I would need to speak with someone about this.

Like I've explained to you, I think I really have a Bachelor-degree, (I've sent you my files from my two home-universities in Norway).

So I could perhaps start on a Master-degree in Computing?

Would this be alright?

I'm trying to find out more about my options.

I'm sending a copy e-mail to Dr. Erwin, since he helped me with advice regarding the modules, the last time I studied here, in 2004/05.

Hope you can give me some more informartion regarding how to find my modules.

I really need a log in to the intranet, and a new library-card, I only have my Student Union-card from 2004/05.

Could you please tell me how I could get a new library-card and log in to the intranet.

My student-number is: 049039692.

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

PS.

I've lived in the UK, since 2005, (2004), now, so I'm not like a regular study abroad stuent, any longer, I can also get e.g. UK study-finance.

Hi,

I'm back at the University now, and lives at temporary accommodation, in Clanny House.

Have been speaking with Leslie at accommodation.

She said I'll get permanent accommodation, when I've got on a study-programme.

I was really on third year Bachelor in 2004/05, like my Student Union card says, and my modules show.

Who do I speak with about the modules?

Is it the same modules still, or do they have new codes?

Should I go to meet you at St. Peters?

What do I say to the Murray Library, to let me have a new library-card?

(I only got access to the internet for one day there now).

Thanks again for the transcript.

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

sorry that I was a bit inpolite in the last e-mail.

It's a bit hot for me in Liverpool, I think, since I'm from Norway.

But anyway, I try again.

When I studied in Sunderland, in 2004/05, then I had a Project-module, COM 325, (see attach transcript), which I made some files for, before I moved to London, in February 2005.

These files where a project description and a project-plan, and research-areas, etc.

I remember that copies of the mentioned files, was stored, in the class-rom, for the Project module, in the Vardy building, down-stairs.

I was just wondering if I could please have a copy of these files sent me, from the University, (just scans would be very fine, so that it wouldn't cost you anything, in postage).

The originals are at my uncle Martin's woman Grete Ingebrigtsen farm, in Kvelde, in Norway, where I was chased from, by a hunting-team, in the summer of 2005, a murder-case that the Police don't want to investigate.

My relatives don't want to send me my files, and clothes etc., from the suit-case, which I brought from Sunderland.

So I was wondering if you could please send this files, so I could explain to the lecturer from your Faculty of Psychology, who ordered the Project, (which was a calender, for students), why I couldn't finish the assignment, (my study-loan was delayed for four months, and my studies got very lagged, so I decided to instead try to find a job, before my founds ran out).

The course lecturer's name was Peter White, as far as I can rememeber.

And they really had some roastings there, with also another lecturer, who joined in, so I was roasted by two lecturers, at the same time, regarding the Project's progress.

It was like on TV, with the apprentice.

(Or even worse).

Something like this.

I attach a copy of my transcript, where the code for this module, is marked.

Hope this is alright!

Sorry again about the problems in the last e-mail!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

ok, that's a good idea.

I was both an international studend, and at the same time, I had gotten a place on the Bachelor of Science, Computing, Final Year-study.

So I don't know who to contact really.

It was a young woman with blonde hair, who was the leader at the International Office, in 2004/05, but I don't remeber her name at the moment, unfortunately.

But I could try to call the International Office again I guess, and hear with them, if they remember the name of the leader there then.

Thanks again for the help!

Hi,

I'm refering to the voicemail, left by Mark, from the Jobcentre, Williamsson Sq., Liverpool, yesterday.

My mobile-phone is out of credit, so I didn't get to call you back.

The library at University of Sunderland let me use the internet, since I'm an old student here, from 2004/05.

Can you please reply by e-mail?

I was thrown out by the Landlord, (and Liverpool County Court), due to a dispute, (and even if I complained to the Parliamentary Ombudsman, etc), and moved to Sunderland, since I've been in contact with the student helpline here, regarding further studies, and to speak with accommodation here.

I went to the Williamsson Sq. Jobcentre, on Wednesday, before I moved to Sunderland, but I wasn't allowed to sign one day early, unfortunately.

I'm now in Sunderland, and a bit low on cash, so I hope I can get my Jobseekers Allowance, on Tuesday, as usual.

I've sent copies of all my job-applications the last two weeks, to Mr. Nesbit, at Ingeus, and can forward them to the Jobcentre as well, on request, so that you can see that I've done my obligations, in regards to my Jobseekers Agreement, etc.

Hope this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Could you please accept this e-mail as my signature, and please tell me which Jobcentre I should go to in Sunderland, untill I start studying again, as planned.

(So that I get my Jobseekers Allowance like usual on Tuesday).

Hope this is alrigh!

Hi,

someone have registered me on to a gay dating site.

I wanted to report this as identity theft and harassment, (since I'm straight, and don't want other people using my identity).

Yours sincerely,
