det her er noe av det som City Self Storage ikke vil sende da.

Nemlig mitt kryssord-program, som jeg har oppfunnet, som student, på 90-tallet.

Det virker nok mye bedre på dagens raske PC-er.

Og er nok verdt mange penger.

Jeg har søkt om patent for det nå, så jeg skulle ønske at City Self Storage sendte meg det, (og de andre tingene mine), for da kunne jeg fått patent på det, og det er verdt mye penger da.

I haven't got to apply for a patent for this before, because I've been very busy, and overheard I'm followed by the 'mafian', etc., in the last years.

But in the early 90's, as a student on then Vivendi-owned academy NHI, in Oslo, I invented a new industry, which I call automated crossword-production.

(With the use of Information Technology/Computer Software).

I wanted to please register a patent for this as well.

To use the same termonology, used in the Wikipedia-article, linked to above, I think I would call the method I want to patent an invention in the field/industry of E-Commerce.

Jeg skulle også ha spurt dere om noe annet.

Jeg bodde på Bergeråsen, i Svelvik kommune, i skoleåret 1988/89.

Også kom jeg inn på skole i Drammen, på Gjerdes VGS., (som var en dedikert handelsskole), på en samarbeidsavtale, mellom Buskerud og Vestfold, som lot Vestfold ha ti skoleplasser i Buskerud, og omvendt.

Så jeg fikk busskort, mellom Drammen og Bergeråsen gratis, det året, noe som ikke var vanlig på den her tiden.

For jeg hadde så bra karakterer, at jeg kom med på den samarbeidsavtalen da, som ei i klassen, (Kristin Sola), ga meg et søknadsskjema for.

For da slapp jeg å gå på Markedsføring, i to år, men kunne gå datalinja, i Drammen sentrum da.

Men jeg ville gjerne hatt noe dokumentasjon, på at jeg kom inn, på den samarbeidsavtalen, mellom Buskerud og Vestfold.

For når man søker jobber, her i England, hvor jeg bor, så vil de at man skal skrive for eksempel fem prestasjoner, som man har gjort, i arbeidslivet og under utdanningen.

Og det er ikke så lett å finne på noe, men dette viser jo at jeg hadde bra karakterer, for mange i Nordre Vestfold ønsket å studere i Drammen, siden jo Bergeråsen jo ligger nærmere Drammen enn for eksempel Tønsberg.

Så jeg skulle gjerne hatt noe dokumentasjon på det her da.

Og hatt som vedlegg til CV-en/jobbsøknadene mine.

jeg søkte på nettet og fant noe i en Vestlandsavis, om at en Jebsen, som var bror til 'Berger-Jebsen', var far til halvparten av ungene i bygda:

Var det sånn, da farmora mi Ågot, (Ågot Mogan Olsen f. Mogan, fra Veggli/Rollag i Numedalen), jobbet hos fabrikkeier Jebsen, på Berger Gård, før, under og etter krigen.

At en av dine forgjengere var på a Ågot?

Er faren min, (Arne Mogan Olsen), Jebsen-sønn tror du?

Ågot prata en gang på 80-tallet, om ei flaske juledram, som Jebsen hadde bestilt i farmora mi sitt navn, under krigen.

Og at a Ågot tok med flaska ned til broren sin Ola, som bodde på Sand vel.

Ågot sa også en annen gang på 80-tallet, at 'dem var'ke noe snille mot tyskerjentene'.

Og Jebsen var jo fra Nord-Tyskland.

Hvordan var vet her?

Hva var det egentlig som skjedde under krigen der, på Berger Gård, på rommet til tjenestepikene, eller hvor det kan ha vært?

Jeg leste også i et avisarkiv, at etter krigen, så hadde fabrikkeier Jebsen forært noen altertavler, til Berger kirke.

Så noe må vel ha skjedd under krigen.

Han ba vel om forlatelse, til Gud og menigheten da, gjennom disse tavlene?

Wikipedia sier at de vil ha folk som redigerer artikler på en objektiv måte, men meg kasta de ut siden Orkla ikke likte hva jeg skrev der

jeg prøver igjen.

Altså Min Bok 2 er jo et annet verk, enn Min Bok.

Jeg kan ærlig talt ikke si at jeg skjønner, hvorfor Min Bok ikke ble godkjent.

Klarer du å forklare det, på vanlig norsk, tror du?

Jeg har også i mellomtiden, etter at jeg søkte om forfatterstipend, første gang, blitt kalt for 'muligens Norges beste forfatter', på NRK.

Så Norges beste forfatter skal ikke få forfatterstipend?

Da blir det bare tull, mener jeg.

Det skulle ikke vært lov.

Ankenemnda har fattet sitt vedtak. De mener at Min Bok ikke innfrir kravene i retningslinjenes punkt 3 og 4. Dersom du mener Min bok 2 kan innfri kravene i retningslinjenes punkt 3 og 4, kan du legge også denne fram for ankenemnda. Du må i så fall begrunne skriftlig på hvilke måter boka innfrir kravene.

Du sier at ankenemda vedtok ditt og datt på møtet, men jeg har jo sendt til dere både før og etter dette om at jeg foretok en selvstendig prosess i forbindelse med det redaksjonelle.

Dessverre kvalifiserer du ikke til det treårige arbeidsstipendet, da kravet for å kunne søke er å ha skrevet 100 sider som kan godkjennes etter Retningslinjer for vurdering av faglitterære forfatteres/oversetters utgivelser. Ankenemnda vedtok på møtet 16.3.12 at Min Bok ikke kan godkjennes etter retningslinjene.

jeg så på nettsidene deres nå, at dere også har noen andre stipend.

Som dere kaller ekstraordinære stipend.

Jeg tenkte jeg kunne søke på treårig arbeidsstipend til faglitterære frilansforfattere, for Min Bok memoar-serien.

Før jeg søker så hadde det vært greit om dere forklarer grunnen til at jeg ikke fikk ordinært forfatterstipend.

Jeg er litt frustrert, for jeg synes ikke at dere har forklart dette så bra.

Sender derfor kopi til post@nffo.no, så kanskje de kan se på det og, eventuelt.

Sender med kopi av e-bok-versjonen av Min Bok, sånn at dere ser at dette er prosjekt som er i full gang allerede.

jeg forstår ikke referatet deres.

Hva er galt med johncons-blogg liksom?

Det er en blogg med over to millioner sidevisninger.

Og med over 700 'liker' på Facebook.

Så dette er en populær blogg.

Sist jeg bodde i Norge, våren og sommeren 2005, så ble romanen 'Kongepudler' utgitt som bilag i Dagbladet.

Dagbladet har drøye 20.000 liker på Facebook, og jeg har snaue 1000 da, (på johncons-blogg).

Så det er ikke _så_ stor forskjell.

Dagbladet har en redaktør, som var ansvarlig.

Og jeg var ansvarlig redaktør, som blogg-redaktør, på johncons-blogg.

Hva er forskjellen her?

Ville han som skrev Kongepudler fått forfatterstipend?

Jeg synes ikke dere forklarer noe om hvorfor dette er brudd på punkt 4 og 5, i deres regler.

Dere bare sier at det ikke er i henhold til de reglene.

Men hvordan har dere tolket de reglene da.

Hva er galt med johncons-blogg liksom.

Dere 'pisser' jo da på de flere tusen faste leserne av johncons-blogg, (antall lesere ligger på over tusen unike brukere hver dag, og flere hundre av de er faste, så i løpet av en uke, så er det nok over tusen faste lesere innom bloggen, vil jeg si).

Her forstår jeg ikke hvordan dere vurderer dette.

Dere er i forlagsbransjen, men dere mangler visst evne til å uttrykke dere skriftlig, på en forståelig måte.

Du skriver at dette er noe med 'det faglitterære fond'.

Men memoarer de skal kanskje søke fra et annet fond de da?

Jeg er ikke sikker på om memoarer skal kalles faglitteratur akkurat?

Kan dere vennligst greie ut om ståa?

Så hadde dere vært veldig greie.
