Hi,

I got a letter from the ipcc on 24/9, regarding that my appeal in connection
with this case, has been upheld.

It says in the ipcc-letter that I should expect the Merseyside Police, to
contact
me regarding this.

But now, it has passed more than 28 days, without me hearing anything about
this from the Merseyside Police.

And I've understood it right, it says in the ipcc explanation-letter
regarding cases
like this, that one should contact the Professional Standards Department if
one
haven't heard from the investigating officer for more than 28 days.

So that's why I'm contacting you again now, because I was wondering how you
think I should go forward regarding this.

Unless there is a letter on it's way in the post, that is, but this is the
second time
I'm contacting you regarding this type of problem, so I thought it would be
right
to send this e-mail now, even if I haven't waited any extra days to see if
there is
a letter delayed in the post.

So I hope you have the time to have a look at this!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog
