Dear
Mr Ribsskog,

Thank
you for your recent e-mails about the Independent Police Complaints
Commission (IPCC). Your e-mails have been passed to the Direct
Communications Unit, and I have been asked to respond.

Having
been in contact with IPCC officials, I am informed that the IPCC is
working to a slight backlog, due to high volumes of work. They
endeavour to eliminate this backlog as soon as possible.

As
previously mentioned the IPCC is an independent organisation from the
Home Office, and we can not compel them to investigate complaints.
Nor can the Home Office intervene on your behalf.

Yours
sincerely

Kevin Allen
