Bertelsmann Arvato's Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation, in
Liverpool, there was being put a lot of focus on average call-time
and wrap-up time between calls, for staff.
(On the expense of
the content of the calls?)
(We were a bit like guinea-pigs, I
think, there.
