Bertelsmann
team-leader sends sexual harassing e-mails   

These
e-mails are from a girl who was a team-leader with line-management
responsibility for around ten people at Bertelsmann Arvato's
Microsoft Scandinavian Product Activation, in the Cunard Building, in
Liverpool, UK, in 2006. 

The one with the bat translates
to 'The nasty Miss from Bergen says "have a nice weekend
;)"'.

And it has a picture of a bat, which is called
'flaggermus', in More..

I'm
sorry, I thought it was funny. I'd give her a promotion to head of
light humor department! I hope you didn't try to get her fired or
reprimanded for an innocent joke like that... It'd be worse than me
getting fired because the company's owner's son told him that I smoke
marijuana... Oh wait no it'd be a lil' better because I wouldn't have
to had experienced it v.v Some people are just a*sh*l*s... Not sayin
you are I don't know you.

I
didn't think it was funny.

The definition of harassment is
something that's degrading and unwanted.

And this was
degrading geting sent e-mails of naked butts, and girl-jokes.

And
strange bat-heads.

It would probably have been ok to be sent
the jokes if I had been a girl.

But it's not ok for girls to
send jokes like that, that makes fun of and degrades men, to men, i
think.

So I'm sure that this must be sexual
harassment.
