You
believe that you have suffered harassment at the hands of your
employer during your employment at Bertelsmann Arvato's Microsoft
Scandinavian Product Activation (“the Company”). Your
employment at the Company ended in November 2006 at which time you
had completed over one year’s service. Any more detail on what

are seeking advice as to whether you can bring an employment claim
against the Company for the way it has treated you. You are also
exploring the possibility of issuing criminal proceedings against
the Company.
