Ref No: DWP00811/09

Dear
Mr Ribsskog

With
reference to your email dated 20 December 2009 in which you note you have not
received a response from ICE to your earlier email dated 9 December 2009.

We
have registered your email dated 9 December 2009 as an internal complaint
regarding the way in which this office is dealing with your complaint about
Jobcentre Plus(JCP). As such we aim to provide a full response to your
complaint regarding the service you have received from this office by 12
January 2010. We will keep you informed if our response is likely to take
longer.

In
respect of your existing complaint about JCP (ref DWP00811/09), Mr Rawlings
advised you on 9 December 2009 that we have requested your case papers from
JCP. We would normally expect to receive them within the six week period
they are allowed.

The
issues that you raised in your email dated 4 December 2009 can not be added to
your existing case and as Mr Rawlings advised you on 8 December 2009 these have
been passed to our gateway team who will contact you shortly.

As we
have previously advised you this office cannot act for or advise you regarding
your ongoing dealings with JCP. You should continue to deal directly with
the office responsible for your claim.

Yours
sincerely
