Hi, I called your company now, and explained that I've sent a complaint to the Energy Ombudsman, about Scottish Power. So I suggest that we put this on hold, untill the Energy Ombudsman has completed the case-work with this complaint. I was told on the phone today, by your representative, that you use long time, to answer e-mails. But I hope you process this e-mail, since my last e-mail wasn't responeded to! I also send a copy of this e-mail to the Energy Ombudsman, so they get updated about this. Hope this is alright!
