Hi,

there's also another complaint about Mr. Jenkinson, that I remembered now.

And that is, that he insists on that my CV should be more condensed.

But he don't explain why this is so important.

I try to explain to him, that I'm not a typical graduate, since I've been working in food-shop work and food shop management, for fifteen years, besides studying.

And I worked in a chain, Rimi, for many years, where of I was a food shop manager in three shops in Oslo.

And Mr. Jenkinson wants me to only include my last ten years work experience, on my CV.

But, then I can't put on my CV, that I was a shop manager in 1998, which I think is a good thing to have on the CV.

I think if one have had a lot of jobs, (since I had a career in food shop management), and had a lot of courses, (since I worked in management for ten years, in a big company, Hakon, now Ica), then I must be allowed to write a line or to from each job, on my CV.

CV means Curriculum Vitea.

And Vitea means 'life' and not 'ten years'.

So I think I'm right, that I should write all my jobs on the CV.

Since also there shouldn't be wholes on your CV, like we learn in Norway.

I think it must be OK, to have a CV that is four pages, when you are a career-guy like me, who's 39, who have studied and worked for many years, and most often doing both at the same time, both studied and worked in the same years.

Also, I sent my CV to 'the Fuller CV', a service on the internet, and they didn't tell me to condence my CV.

So I think I'm being harassed here, by Mr. Jenkinson.

At least I would have wanted to have a very good explanation, for why I can't put all my jobs and courses on my CV.

Hope this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

I know this complaint is supposed to be sent to the Jobcenter manager, Mrs. Hart.

But, since I have a complaint against Mrs. Hart with you, from before, I send this to you.

Two weeks ago, Mr. Jenkinson asked me in a meeting why I didn't get to interviews that often.

(I don't know how he knows this, since this was our first meeting).

I have an employment-case against Arvato in the UK, and Rimi in Norway, and I said, perhaps previous employers talk me down.

Then he wanted a new meeting today, where his manager Sue, also participated.

He prentended that he thought the course I was on with Jet, (Food Hygiene), on Monday, was to do with reviewing my CV.

(But I reviewed it on my own, this morning).

Also, he went personal and asked if I needed some help since I didn't have friends and family in Liverpool.

This was insulting I think, since he became to personal.

It's a recession going on, and just because I ask the Jobcenter if they can to test-calls to previous employers, (that I have employment-cases against), to hear if they 'talk me down'.

(Since I thought I had to name a reason when he asked why I only had been on one interview in Runcorn lately).

That doesn't mean I want personal help, since I haven't got friends or family in Liverpool.

I'm a man of 39 years old, and I'm perfectly capable of taking care of myself.

It's just that I'm being 'mobbed' by some 'mob' or something here in Liverpool, and there's a recession going on.

I think this must have been an attack to help Mrs. Hart, that I've complained about there, and probably something to do with some sort of 'mob'.

I was wondering if you could please cancel my meeting with Mr. Jenkinson for me, in two weeks time, since I think this just get's more and more, to complain about.

I think it's better to wait with more review-meetings, until you have investigated my complaints.

Hope this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog
