Hi,

I also think you should ask the jobcenter manager, like I explained in the phone-call last week.

1. Why she pretended that she hadn't received the initial complaint e-mail I sent.

(Since I know this was sent to her, since my reply from the jobcenter e-mail center, was sent to me and Mrs Hart.

Yet in my meeting with Mrs. Hart, she said she hadn't seen this e-mail).

2. Why I haven't received a written summary from the meeting with Mrs. Hart, like she told me she would send.

On to your questions today:

1. I would like you to give written warnings to Mrs. Hart and Mrs. Henderson, since they are acting inprofessional and out of line.

Perhaps they will act more responsible if they get a warning.

2. I have humiliated, by the Jobcenter, since I have to take insults from Mrs. Henderson, and my complaint about this, isn't treated in a responsible way.

So I would have thought that a written apology, from the Jobcenter, perhaps wouldn't have been to much, to perhaps expect.

But anyway.

I'll go to the meeting on the Jobcenter, on Thursday next week then, so we'll see how that goes.

Thanks very much for your answer about this, so that I know what to do next week!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Dear Mr Ribsskog

Thank you for your email of 4 December 2009. As there are new issues raised I have passed this to our gateway team who will contact you shortly. In your email you requested that we cancel your next review meeting at your local Jobcentre Plus office. I must inform you that this office is not in a position to get involved in the day to day running of your case with Jobcentre Plus. It may also be in your best interests to attend the meeting as failure to do so may affect your benefit entitlement. You should contact your local Jobcentre Plus office to discuss this further.

In relation to the complaint I have been passed for examination, my colleague contacted you on 25 November 2009 to discuss your complaint about Jobcentre Plus Your complaint has been agreed and defined as follows:

You submitted a complaint to Jobcentre Plus regarding the conduct of a member of its staff during an interview you attended on 21 May 2009. Jobcentre Plus has failed to deal with your complaint in a timely and appropriate manner.

6. I will ask Jobcentre Plus to take the following course of action to address your complaint:

· Provide details of the action taken to investigate your complaint;

· Provide an explanation why your Jobcentre Plus advisor was not changed as discussed in your meeting with Mrs Hart;

7. Should you wish to provide this office with any further information or evidence in relation to your complaint, we will use the details you provide, along with those provided by Jobcentre Plus to inform our examination of your complaint.

8. I will keep you informed of any developments on your case. However, if you wish to discuss this letter, my address and telephone number are on the first page of this letter.
