Hi,

ok, I just thought I'd try to get out of the flat a bit, since I'm unemployed.

I think on the leaflet it looks like these courses are for unemployed people.

It just says that they are available, but it doesn't say one needs to have job.

It's like people are being lured by the leaflet.

Yours sincerely,

Hi Erik,

The NVQ in customer service is a vocational programme that has assessment in the work place involved and the awarding bodies insist on this. There are Customer Service courses, which are different altogether, they are bite size courses which are online. Depending on your eligibility they may of no cost.

Dawn

Subject: Courses in Customer Service or Business and Administration

Hi,

I was at Learn Direct, in Liverpool Central Library today, and spoke with Veronica.

I was told that one had to have a job, to take the courses in Customer Service or Business and Administration, level 2.

But, on the leaflet, that was on the Jobcentre, it says that these are courses to help you improve your job prospects.

I don't get this to add up.

Surely it isn't right that I have to have a job to get to take these courses?

Thanks in advance for any reply!

Yours sincerely,
