I have a degree in IT, from Oslo University College, (faculty of engineering), and I have ten years experience as a manager.
Yet I get this message:

Liz's Message: Welcome back! To be quite honest, our jobs are probably not going to serve you well at this point, as they’re only targeted at managers and execs who already make £40k+, typically with at least several years of directly related experience.
I think this must be harassment.
I also have a lot of other experience, and I could have worked as a director, (I've studied information management for two years, as well, and more).
