Hi, I can't see that I've recieved an answer to this e-mail, so I'm sending you a reminder about this. I recieved a letter from you, dated 25. March 2010, with the case reference 551841, from Lesley Morrison, Enquiry Officer. But I can't see that the e-mail I'm forwarding now, has been dealt with by you, in the your letter from 25. March. So that's why I'm sending this e-mail, I'm trying to escalate this to the superior of Senior Enquiry Officer Kevin Gleave. Thank you very much in advance for helping me with this!
