Hi,

thank you for your e-mail!

The money, (bot the jobseekers allowance, from the sign on meeting, on Thursday, and the re-instated one), got in to my bank account, today, (one day delayed, for the one from the sign on meeting from last Thursday).

So I wanted to complain about that the allowance was one day delayed.

And now I have to pay a 'bounce'-fee, to RBS, I think.

And maybe British Gas are going to give me grief, since I'm unemployed, and last winter was a bit cold, for the UK, I think, so I'm a bit in arrears with them, so maybe they're going to claime the arrears-money now.

But we'll see, I can get help from CCCS with that, if I need it.

My address is Flat 3, 5 Leather Lane, Liverpool, L2 2AE.

My nearest jobcentre, is Williamson Sq., Liverpool.

My phone-number is 0151 236 3298.

Thank you very much for your reply again!

Best regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Subject: Complaint about missing Job-seekers allowance

Hi,

when I was on the sign-on meeting, at the Jobcentre, Williamsson Sq., on

Thursday last week, I was told, (by the young clerk, in the meeting),

that I would recieve my jobseekers-allowance, as normal again, today,

(after a sanction that the Jobcenter Manager Mr Winther, told me, on the

same day there, in a meeting right before, had been re-instated, after

my appeal).

However, I've checked my bank-account online now, and I can't see that

I've recieved my Jobseekers-allowance, today.

But I have my electricity bill today, and a bailiff-bill etc.

So I'm in a lot of problems here, since the direct debits are going to

be bumped.

And since I can't pay the bailiff-bill, for the council tax, that I owed

from when I was self-employed.

(I didn't get income support then, even if I think I perhaps should

have, but I wasn't aware of that arrangement then).

I also have very little cash, for food.

So I was wondering when my regular Job-seekers allowance and the

re-instated one, is going to get to my bank-account, with RBS.

I wanted to please complain about this delay, since it's making problems

for my situation, and since this take the focus away from my job-seeking

and employment zones, etc., really.

Thank you in advance for help with sorting this out.

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog
