Hi,

I'm refering to your letter from 12/11, and your phone-call, from yesterday, where I promised to send you the income and expenditure-form, that you sent with your letter, back to you, by the end of the day, today.

I also attach a document from Sencia, that shows that I'm on Employement Zones, to show that I'm unemployed, (and am only receiving jobseekers-allowance).
