Besides, one can't trust the English police because they are pigs, I learned when I was at summer-school, in Brighton, in the 80's.

Trim may refer to:

Is this the same as the Merseyside Police call me miss that your a mafia-whore, and to cut my pecker off?

And first you refer to my complaint, from 2007, and comment about it, and then in the next e-mail you don't want to discuss the complaint you brought up yourself.

That's very strange I think.

And this with Trim, on top of that.

This is very strange I think.

I think maybe someone in charge, at the IPCC, should answer about this, and give me a second opinion, if that's alright.

Hope this is alright!

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

thank you very much for your e-mail!

Are you sure I should write a new complaint about the same issues?

Shouldn't the old case have been cleaned up?

The complaint-process just stalled, and has never been put back right again.

Shouldn't someone investigate what has been goving on?

Do you have an IPCC complaint-unit?

(Since I think it's a bit strange that I have to complain about the same issues twice).

Best regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Thank you for your email.

The IPCC is an independent organisation, I am
therefore unable to comment on your complaint about Merseyside Police. I
have provided you with details of how to make a complaint against them and can
only advise that you consider submitting a new complaint in order to progress
matters.

I have not looked in detail at your previous cases and
complaints with the IPCC as I did not consider this to be relevant to your
enquiry. Your comments have been noted but I have nothing further to add on
this matter.

Hi,

so you think it's ok for the Merseyside Police to call me 'Miss Erik
Ribsskog'?

I also wrote an appeal, to the IPCC, which was upheld.

Why don't you mention this in your summary?

Have the files been messed with?

Dear Mr
Ribsskog

Thank you
for your email, I am sorry that you did not find the information helpful.
Having checked our records I note that you sent in a complaint about
Merseyside Police to the IPCC in 2007. With your consent, we
forwarded your complaint to them for their consideration in line
with our procedures. I note that Merseyside Police applied for a dispensation,
which means that they decided that no further action should be taken, and that
this was approved by the IPCC, which concluded the matter.

If you
wish to make a new complaint about Merseyside Police, you may do so by
completing the online form on the IPCC website, the link to which I provided
in my previous email. By law all complaints of misconduct against the
police must be recorded. The IPCC does not have the power to record complaints
and any complaint that you submit to us will, in the first instance, be
forwarded to the Professional Standards Department of Merseyside Police for a
recording decision, as they are the appropriate authority. I should explain
that we are unable to forward your complaint unless you give us your consent
to do so. In other words, if you wish to make a complaint about misconduct of
Merseyside Police officers you need to be willing to engage with
them.

As a way
forward, I would therefore suggest that you include any concerns you have
about misconduct of Merseyside Police officers on the online form and submit
this to begin the complaints procedure through the appropriate
channels.

Yours
sincerely

Hi,

no, this isn't helpful at all.

If you read the e-mail again, it should be possible for you to
understand, that this is a complaint, on that you haven't processed the
complaint against the Merseyside Police, which I sent you, 3 or 4 years
ago.

Now it looks to me, like you make yourself dumb, like we say in
Norway.

Have you read my e-mail at all, I'm wondering.

Sorry if I'm direct now, but I'm really very disappointed in
you.

But you have been messing me around for years, so I guess you, (the
IPCC), will find a way out of this, so that you don't have to do your job,
again.

Also at least one of the people writing to me, on behalf of the
Liverpool County Court today, was a hoax, it seems, from what the County Court
wrote me directly.

I think it's so degrading for me to contact the Merseyside Police now,
after they've called me 'Miss Erik Ribsskog', and after you've not charged
them/told them off, for this, so I don't like to contact them.

But I mention it now.

I'm not sure if I should write regards since you are just messing with
me, I think,

Erik Ribsskog

PS.

I'm also sending this as an update to the organisations I sent to
earlier today.

Dear Mr
Ribsskog

Thank you for
writing to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC).
We are an independent body responsible for
making sure that the police complaints system in England and Wales works
effectively and fairly.

It appears that you have
included the IPCC in correspondence sent to Liverpool County Court relating
to difficulties you have been experiencing with your landlord. I should
explain that the IPCC is unable to assist you with these particular issues
as they do not fall within our remit. You may wish to contact the Citizen's
Advice Bureau for further advice on how to deal with these
matters.

You have however mentioned
that you complained about Merseyside Police several years ago, but it is not
clear from your correspondence whether you wish to make a new
complaint against this police force. I thought it may be helpful to
explain the process involved, should you wish to
complain.

You
can only make a complaint against the police if you:

·
have
been the victim of the alleged misconduct of a person serving with the
police (misconduct could include a police officer or member of police staff
being rude to you or using unnecessary force, an unlawful arrest, or a
police officer abusing your rights);

·
were
present when the alleged misconduct took place, or were close enough to see
or hear the misconduct, and as a result suffered loss, damage, distress or
inconvenience, or were put in danger or at risk;

·
are a
friend or relative of the victim of the alleged misconduct, and
were distressed by the effects of the incident on the
victim;

·
witnessed the alleged misconduct; or

·
are
acting on behalf of any of the above.

When we receive a complaint, the IPCC must seek the complainant’s
consent in order to forward the matter to the police force
concerned. The complaint is then assessed by
the police and they will decide whether to record it officially.

If you wish
to make a complaint about police misconduct, further details about the
process, as well as our online form can be accessed via the following web
page:

http://www.ipcc.gov.uk/Pages/how_complaint.aspx

I hope this
response has been helpful to you.

Yours
sincerely

Hi,

thank you for your reply!

This hoax made me distracted now.

What initiated my first e-mail was that my Landlord claims he can
throw me out, without a possession order.

It's really my Landlord who's supposed to contact the County Court, and
not me.

So it's just that my Landlord is writing a lot of non-sense that
upsets me really.

Sorry about this!

Best regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Here's more about what my Landlord writes:

To: eribsskog@gmail.com

Eric,

Now there is
only 2 weeks before your departure.
I read on your blog you are trying to
postpone the kick-out, however this idea of yours will never work. I have
many years experience handling bad tennants, and the same tactic is used
every time(quoting a law paragraph, hardly any relevance of the
situation).

I hope you find a new place in Liverpool. I don't
understand why you don't look for a new place, as I doubt you want to be
homeless or live in a church.

We will meet soon, as I will come to
the apartment 3th of April to deliver a good-bye
gift.

Sincerly,

Kieron
Grimes

PS 2.

I want to do this properly.

I don't like it that Mr. Grimes want's to go here with a
presant.

I want this to be dealt with in court.

But like I wrote above, it's really my Landlord who has to take
this to Court, and what upset me in his e-mail is really just non-sense, the
way I see it.

I think I should start to work out a bit more, then maybe I don't
care about phoney stuff like this.

The Merseyside Police have called me 'Miss Erik Ribsskog', in a
letter, that I've put in a compaint of 18 points to IPCC, 3 or 4 yeats ago,
which they don't reply to.

Or else I would have sent about the hoax
with Mr. Johan Hayley to the Merseyside Police.

But now I think this would be to degrading for me to do, when the
Merseyside Police haven't been told off, for calling me 'Miss Erik
Ribsskog'.

Just to update.

Thanks again for your reply!

Hi,

why do I get an answer e-mail from
Mr. Johan Hawley, when I send this to the Superior of Mr. Johan
Hawley.

I want to bring this case up in the
County Court, that's my main objective in this.

Could I please get a reply from Mr.

alright?

I'm afraid UK do not have
the castle doctrine laws. Please search "castle doctrine UK" to see
evidence or call a lawcentre.

Also, it's highly unlikely that the
Council, Merseyside Police, IPCC, Landlord, Microsoft, Order of St. John,
Goverment in Norway, Goverment in UK, Brits, Muslims or Muslims gangs,
Illuminists and CAB is messing to you at the same time as you state in the
emails.

Instead of emailing what I would belive is prank to us, I
would recommend you to meet us at our centre to discuss this in detail and
in a formal manner.
