well, I haven't changed the name servers before, so I guess it's best to wait untill the 17 th., (since I think there has been enough problems around this, so I think it's maybe better to do this in a simple way, if that's alright).

That's correct. We need to wait now till the 17th, and then it will
be pushed to us.
If you haven't done so yet, you can set your name servers to
ns3.spexhost.com and ns4.spexhost.com which will allow you to use the
domain with our web hosting until the domain is moved over.
