Hi, I have a IPCC-case, but that's five years old now, so I thought I could try again. I live in Liverpool, so you're my local police. Someone hacked my webshop, by using fraud to get One.com to switch to their e-mail addresse, and then put an obscene picture, on the website. The Police in my homeland Norway, don't want to get crime-reports from abroad. So I eighter have to send this to you, or not to anyone at all. So I'm trying to send this to you.
