Hi,

today I received a new letter under the door, from the Landlord.

I've sent you evidence about that the arrears-figure, which the Landlord operate with, is much to high.

(The haven't added the rent collected by their employee George, on my door, in the months before September, last year, when I started going to their office in Weaverthree again, since their employee George, 'never' turned up on the agreed date).

I know from working as a Shop Mangager, in a big retail-chain, Rimi, in Norway, that buildings have a lot of expenses, for things like cleaning, etc.

So even the statement from the Landlord is very inacurate, and has much to much arrears on it.

Even so, I would think it would be fair to let the Landlord have the Housing Allowance, so that they can pay the washing-company, etc.

Hope you agree with me on this.

(So that they don't go bankrupt, I mean).

I'm now going on a work-programme, with the Jobcentre, so I reakon I'll get a job soon, and can pay the rent myself.

(And the recetion also seems to be better now, I think, so I should get a new job soon I think).

I attach the letter and statement from the Landlord, which I recieved today, on my door, where they wonder about the Housing Benefit, since they haven't gotten that since April.

Hope this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

thank you for your letter of 14/6.

I can't see that there's a contradiction between resuming the Landlord-payments and claiming that the statements from the Landlord are wrong.

This is two different cases I think.

Which evidence is it that you want to see?

When you stopped the payments I was told just to tell you, when I wanted them to start again.

This is now with the Liverpool County Court, and I've provided evidence on the statements being wrong to them.

I can forward you my last e-mail to them.

Hope this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog
