Hi,

in your letter, from 5/4, you write that you've stopped the Housing Allowance, to the Landlord, and finish your letter with 'Please let me know when you would like payments to commence again'.

Now, I think this is under control, since it's with the County Court, and I've asked the Council, to start sending the Housing Allowance, to the Landlord again, to pay the washing-company, etc.

(Since I try to calm this down a bit, I don't want to make to much out of this).

But also, the Landlord, hasn't put on the statement, earlier Housing Allowance, which they have collected at my door, (by a employee called George), for some reason, for a lot of months after I used some on the housing allowance on a new washing machine, from Argos, since the landlord didn't fix the old one, when it was broken.

These money, collected by George, must have been many thousand pounds, and I've sent the Council, the Landlord and the County Court evidence, on that those money haven't been put on the statement from the Landlord, where the Landlord claims I have much more arrears than I really have.

The other day, I got a new letter from the landlord, where the arrears-figure still hasn't been corected.

They also inform me, that the Council haven't started sending the Housing Benefit again.

How can this be?

I've informed the Council that I want the Housing Benefit-payments to the Landlord, to start again.

(Even if I don't agree with that they were stopped being sent to me, so that I could buy washing-machines etc., if the Landlord didn't fix the old one, when it was broken).

Could I please ask you why the Council haven't started sending the Housing Benefit to the Landlord again?

(I also send copy e-mails, to the County Court, since the dispute over the arrears etc., is going to be dealt with by them. And to the Landlord, to update them, since they send me letters).

Hope this is alright.

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

PS.

I attach the latest letter from the Landlord which I received on Saturday, I think it must have been.

Hi,

today I received a new letter under the door, from the Landlord.

I've sent you evidence about that the arrears-figure, which the Landlord operate with, is much to high.

(The haven't added the rent collected by their employee George, on my door, in the months before September, last year, when I started going to their office in Weaverthree again, since their employee George, 'never' turned up on the agreed date).

I know from working as a Shop Mangager, in a big retail-chain, Rimi, in Norway, that buildings have a lot of expenses, for things like cleaning, etc.

So even the statement from the Landlord is very inacurate, and has much to much arrears on it.

Even so, I would think it would be fair to let the Landlord have the Housing Allowance, so that they can pay the washing-company, etc.

Hope you agree with me on this.

(So that they don't go bankrupt, I mean).

I'm now going on a work-programme, with the Jobcentre, so I reakon I'll get a job soon, and can pay the rent myself.

(And the recetion also seems to be better now, I think, so I should get a new job soon I think).

I attach the letter and statement from the Landlord, which I recieved today, on my door, where they wonder about the Housing Benefit, since they haven't gotten that since April.

Hope this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

thank you for your letter of 14/6.

I can't see that there's a contradiction between resuming the Landlord-payments and claiming that the statements from the Landlord are wrong.

This is two different cases I think.

Which evidence is it that you want to see?

When you stopped the payments I was told just to tell you, when I wanted them to start again.

This is now with the Liverpool County Court, and I've provided evidence on the statements being wrong to them.

I can forward you my last e-mail to them.

Hope this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog
