Hi,

the IPCC are being ignorant now, and writes funny final desitions even if I've informed then about misunderstandings last week.

This is a Jane writing.

Jane is a version of John.

I have had the order of St. John in my fathers new family in Norway without them telling me.

I've had to find out about this in Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten's online archive.

I don't think any John/Jane/Janine/Ian etc., are 'uhildred' like we say in Norway, in my cases after that.

You should throw that order out of the UN I think.

I think they are following me and messing with me everywhere.

(They are the protestant version of the Malteserorder).

Thanks for you help in advance the UN, even if you don't reply often to my e-mails.

Hi,

this case is full of misunderstandings that I've updated the IPCC about last week.

So I'll ignore this letter and wait for the IPCC's reply to my latest e-mail to you.

Dear Mr Ribsskog,

I am writing in response to your Appeal against Non-Recording which we received on 11 October 2011.

Before outlining our decision, I should explain that our role in the appeal process is not to investigate your complaint but to review:

* whether or not Northumbria Police is the right police force to consider your complaint; and if so,
* whether or not they should have recorded a complaint about the way their staff have behaved.

After considering all the available information we have decided that your appeal cannot be upheld. The reasons for our decision are set out within the attached report.

If you have any questions, or need more information about the appeal decision, please contact me.

I should emphasise that this decision is final and can only be overturned by the courts through the judicial review process. Should you intend to pursue this course of action, we would suggest that you seek independent legal advice.

Yours sincerely,

Jane Carruthers
