Hi,

I think I've asked you to do this earlier, so I don't understand why this takes so long time.

I'm also internetting from the library, so I write the consent in the form of an e-mail.

Another thing I want to add is that last night, a guy knocked on my door, at the hostell, saying: 'it's Peter'.

I don't know any Peter.

Could be linked with that the Police threw me out from Leather Lane, in Liverpool, and then again from the University of Sunderland, around a week later.

Peter is a christian name.

I have the Order of St. John, in my fathers new family, in Norway.

I suspect the christians could be messing with me for some misunderstood moralist reasons or something.

So please no St. John-masons etc on my case.

I hereby give consent for you to investigate.

Regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Dear Mr Ribsskog

I acknowledge receipt of your emails received on 17 October 2011 and 20 October 2011.

If you would like to pursue your complaint in relation to your eviction from University of Sunderland (2011/015104), we will need your permission, either by letter, phone or on the below form, to pass details of your complaint to the Professional Standards Department of the Northumbria Police, which is responsible for enforcing standards of conduct within the force. Without your consent, we cannot pass on the details of a complaint to a force unless, in exceptional cases, the details of the complaint indicate that it is in the public interest to do so.

Please consider that any delay in providing your consent could result in evidence related to your complaint being lost or destroyed (i.e. CCTV footage), or an account of events being forgotten by any potential witnesses.

Kind regards
