I get the error message 'connection timeout'.

Fine if you could contact them since I'm thinking about starting with some new stock, on the webshop, and the Council are involved in my eviction-case as well, so I don't want to mix these two cases up to much.

I'm not seeing anywhere on their website about how to contact them in regards to this. When you hover over the link that says ICT HelpDesk, is there an address bar at the bottom at all, or does it try to load a website? Maybe I can go to that link and contact them about it?
