Hi,

I don't think it's right that I should pay for BT-services, after 18/8, when I notified you, that I wanted to cancel broadband and landline.

So I send this to the Phone Ombudsman.

I can't find the password for BT.com now.

I was thrown out after an unfair court-process in Liverpool on 17/8, (which I've complained about to the Parliamentary Ombudsman and more), and the Police and the Bailiff hurried me so I didn't get all my notebooks etc. with me to Sunderland.

So if you could please stop those subscriptions and don't over-charge me, after 18/8.

I send this to the Phone Ombudsman now, so I'll from now take this with them.

this is not to my satisfactory at all.
You haven't replied about my Flickr-account which is very important to me,
since it has a lot of important files/photos on it for my blog.
Also, that you use five or six monts to terminate broadband and the landline
is something I want to complain about.
This makes my arrears with you much higher.
You shouldn't charge me for after 18/8, when I first told you that I wanted
to stop with broadband and landline.
(BT are always very difficult to deal with I think, or else I would have
switched earlier.
You are so poor at customer-support, I think, so I don't really want to
write to you.
You are very bureaucratic, with so many departments, it's impossible for
customers to keep the overview and control when they contact you, I think.
So this is also a complaint.
And the Flickr, I've learned about law, at Upper Secondary School etc., and
think you can't refuse to let people keep the Flickr, even after they stop
the broadband.
You are tricking your customers I think.
And the payment-plan you haven't replied about.
Stalin would have been proud if he was the director at BT).

Thanks for your email about the BT account. I am sorry that you had to contact us again to get your query resolved and sorry to hear that you are leaving BT.

What you have on the account

I have checked your account and confirm that your account is registered with the Unlimited Evening and Weekend plan with the 12 month renewable contact at no extra cost other than the basic line rental of £13.90 per month including VAT. The contract for the calling plan expires on 20/03/12, as it is a renewable contract it will be renewed automatically. However, a letter will be sent to your billing address one month in advance prior to the renewal of the contract, informing the same. If you wish to cancel the contract, I am afraid there will be a termination charge of £17.60 applied.

I can also conform that you are on Broadband Option 3 (12 month contract). The contract for this option expires on 14/04/12 and the cancellation charges will be £78.42.

Hi,

this is in Norwegian, but I live in the UK, so I'm supposed to send reports of crime to my local police.

I have a police complaint case, so I send to the IPCC, etc.

One.com let someone hi-jack my website.

This was fraud, someone tricked One.com, by sending them an e-mail to let them have my webshop.

The fraudsters linked to a very ugly picture of a sexual nature.

So I lost all my customers.

My brand-name has lost it's value, I suspect this could be an inside-job from One.com since my grandmother was from Danish royals, and our line is a competitor of Oldenburg, who has the Danish crown.

So I want to report One.com for distroying my webshop-brand, making me lose a lot of money.

Also One.com sells subriptions for one year.

Then when one year has passed, one can't just cancel.

One have to buy for another year, (which is much more expensive).

This is not how newspapers run subscriptions, (I've subscribed to several papers so I know).

So I think this could be fraud, how One.com run their subscriptsions.

I add the e-mails from One.coms special e-mail system, (even if they are in Norwegian but as a formality).

Hei, jeg har naa gaatt gjennom deres omstendelige prosedyre og oppsagt alle domenene ogsaa paa 'One.com-maaten'. Men jeg har egentlig kanselert disse nettsteder for mange maaneder siden, og mener derfor at jeg ikke skal betale gebyr, for et nytt aar for disse nettsteder. Dere kaller det som skjedde med Godtebutikken.net for hacking. Men det var _ikke_ hacking. Det var svindel. Noen sendte One.com en e-post og fikk One.com til aa gi dem min nettbutikk. De satte saa en link til et meget grovt bilde der. One.com brukte en hel helg paa aa rydde opp i dette, saa alle min nettbutikks kunder fikk det stygge bildet i ansiktet. Saa One.com har foraarsaket meg et betydelig oekonomisk tap pga. at mitt varemerke Godtebutikken.net har mistet sitt renome. Jeg mener ogsaa at deres abonnementsordning er svindel. (Jeg har selv abonneret paa flere aviser og vet at abonnenter vanligvis ikke maa sies opp _foer_ abonnementstiden utloeper). Jeg sender derfor kopi til politiet om denne svindelen og kapringen. Hi,

someone have contacted an online service in Norway with my e-mail address but using a female name on me.

This is harassment-crime, and someone trying to plot to get me demasculated, (the Police, I suspect, see my police-complaint-case. They probably co-operate with the Albanian Mafia, or something who I suspect my half-brother Axel Thomassen could perhaps be in. Something like this).

Hi,

this morning the Northumbria Police Professional Standards Department called the hostell, (Azalead Lodge aka. Sampro), I live in, (where the Sunderland Council placed me after a police officer chatted with them about me behind my back), and got the manager there, (Nel), to give me the phone, belonging to the hostell.

The person calling was Malcolm Herbert.

He wanted to have a meeting with me at the hostell.

I answered that there wasn't much room at the hostell, and a meeting was agreed at the Gilbert Avenue police-station on monday morning.

This call/Nel woke me up, and now after I've woken more up today I think the PSD should have called me on my mobile or sent an e-mail about this.

The Landlady at the hostell told me on the first day that they are 'very though and very friendly' there.

I don't want to find out how friendly or though they can be, and have complained about the manager Nel calling me 'dear'.

I think he has been to personal, so I don't want the Police to get him to knock on my door.

Send an e-mail or use ring my mobile-number, not the hostell's.

I can't recall giving the PSD the phone-number to the hostel as my contact-number.

I suspect the Police and the Azalea Lodge are a bit to close.

Could it be like in movies, I wonder, where the Police threaten people they're going to be raped in jail, by a big criminal.

Are the Northumbria Police using corporal punishment, and are they calling the manager Nel, (instead of me), to give him a chance of flirting with me?

I'm very heterosexual, but the manager Nel calls me 'dear' and when I talk to other managers in the office, he sneaks up behind me and tickles me when I turn around, to walk out of the office-door-area.

The hostel didn't give me a key to the enterance-door for weeks, and I had to knock and ring to get in, and then Nel stood in his boxer-shorts-like shorts and almost tried to humb my leg, I think.

The manager Nel is a big guy on around 120 kilos at least I think.

The Northumbria Police probably got me in to this hotel by chatting with the case-worker at the Sunderland Council, it seems to me.

Is this a place the Police place people they want to punish outside of the justice-system I'm wondering.

I also send a copy to the UN about this.

I've lost confidence in the PSD now, since they contact me through the hostels contact-information, and not through mine.

Is it the hostel or me who has a police-complaint?

They mix up me and the hostell.

I think they are to close to the hostell.

I think the PSD's involvment in this case should be over with this mistake.

I want the IPCC to start their investigation now.

Another reason I update the UN is that the Manchester IPCC made my complaint against the Merseyside Police 'disappear' a few years back.

I'm also sending this to EFTA to make a point out of that I'm a Norwegian citizen.

(Who has applied to be a refugee in the UK, but anyway).

It seems like the Police in the UK have a vendetta against me, to me, and place me in funny hostells were they are to friendly and to though.

Is this a Police-mob/mafia?

This is a scandal I think.
