Hi, I read about this vacancy on the Jobcentre website, and I wanted to please apply for this job. I have a Norwegian Foundation-degree, in IT, called 'Høgskolekandidat', from Oslo University College, from 2009. I have a 'B' in Java-programming, from Oslo University College, and I also have 1.8, in Pascal-programming, from NHI, (where I studied in 1989/90 and 1991/92).
