I sincerely apologize that you have had an inconsistent experience with the file review process and greatly appreciate your feedback. However, as we do not permit mention of CreateSpace as a publisher, I am currently looking into any alternatives or exceptions we can allow for the “CreateSpace-edition” reference within your book. In reviewing the files for your book, we would be able to perform a File Help service in which we can rotate pages 207-213 so they no longer appear upside down. This service would normally be accompanied by a $50 fee; however, I would like to offer this service to you at no charge. This would eliminate concerns of upside down pages if your files are submitted for review in the future. Please let me know if you would like us to move forward with this service.



Regarding the additional blank pages, it appears these were added through the Interior Reviewer when scaling your Microsoft Word file to PDF format. We are currently in the process of removing these pages so they will no longer appear in the printed book.



Finally, you can remove the Kindle version of your title through your Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) account at http://kdp.amazon.com. If you need additional assistance with your KDP account, please let me know, and I will have someone from KDP connect with you directly.
