Hi,
I'm refering to your letter from 15/10, which I recieved yesterday.
I haven't gotten a regular Jobseekers Allowance-payment, since 21/8.
I got a payment of £355 on 24/9, but this isn't called 'JSA', (Job Seekers Allowance), on my bank-statement, from RBS, (even if I've asumed it must have been a Job Seekers Allowance-payment).
I have no idea about when I'm going to get my Job Seekers-allowance, the next time.
Both the Jobcentre and Ingeus refuse to inform me about what's going on.
It's like this is the Soviet Union and not the UK, I think.
So I have no idea when you at the Council are going to get your money.
I applogise on behalf of the Job Centre who have no idea what the word information means, it seems.
So I hope they clean their act up.
I'm now running out of money for food again, and have to try to get a crisis-loan at CAB, it seems.
