Hi,

I'm also sending you an e-mail about Council Tax.

I hope you haven't added any amount for October to my Council Tax-arrears.

Because, (like I've explained to you earlier), I haven't been full-time self-employed, (like I think JCP have told you).

I've only been part-time self-employed, (and a full-time job-seeker), during these mentioned months, (September, October and November).

And I haven't had any income from my two small businesses, so far.

So I hope you haven't added to my Council Tax-arrears, (since you've sent me to little Housing Benefit, for October, I mean).

Also, regaring my council tax-arrears, from 2007, (I think it was).

You have told JCP to deduct this from my Jobseekers Allowance.

But in their letter, (which I e-mailed you a copy of in one of my earlier e-mails today).

JCP doesn't seem to be deducting those council tax-arrears.

Someone named Tony with you, have corresponded with me, regarding these arrears, earlier this year.

He mention these around £500 in arrears are a 'priority debt'.

I didn't get to make an agreement with him, about this debt, he just sent it to JCP.

I now remember how I used to deal with this debt, (the council tax arrears from 2006, I think it must have been).

I used to pay Jacobs Bailiff, in Birkenhead, £10 a fourthnight, (when I got the Jobseekers Allowance).

Before the Council moved that debt back, without me understanding why you did that.

Because I always used to pay those payments on time, as I remember it.

So perhaps you could contact Jacobs Bailiffs again.

And then I could pay them £10 a fourthnight, like I was doing, in 2010 and 2011, etc.

(Or I could pay £10 a fourthnight directly to the Council, if you want me to).

Hope this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

just to update a bit about this.

My main focus has been the problem with the missing Jobseekers Allowance-payments, in the last months.

But from my memory, I can only remember to have recieved Housing Benefit, (which I first thought was Jobseekers Allowance), in September and November.

I can't see that I've recieved any Housing Benefit for October.

I'm also wondering on which date I will recieve future Housing Benefit-payments, (and the amount), so that I can tell my Landlord the exact details regarding future payments.

So I hope you can send me the Hounsing Benefit-payment for October as well.

Since I don't think the Landlord have gotten Housing Benefit from you, since August.

So they now are going to want rent for September, October and November, from me.

And that's around £1000.

And you have just sent me, (from my memory), around £700-800, in Housing Benefit.

I got one payment in September, on a bit more than £300, (I think it was).

And I got one payment in November, on a bit more than £400, (I think it was).

(I can check these figures on my bank-statement, if you want me to get the exact figures).

So I think I've gotter more than £200 to little in Housing Benefit from you, in the months: September, October and November.

So I wondered if you could check up on this.

Because I want to pay the money I owe to the Landlord.

So that I don't get arrears with them.

Hope this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog
