Hi,

ok, because the last letter, which I sent, to Birkenhead Benefit Centre, wasn't sent on to you, (if I remember it right).

So I was wondering why you did it differently this time.

Best regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Good Morning

Thank you for your email.

The Benefit Centre have informed me that they sent a letter to you yesterday so you should receive it in due course.

Just to clarify, the Benefit Centre is part of the DWP. On this team, we simply ensure that your queries are redirected to the appropriate site.

I hope this addresses your enquiry.

Kind regards

Jackie Anderson

Hi,
thank you very much for your e-mail.

I thought the Benefit Centre would reply to me, in the first place.

But I didn't understand why this was sent to DWP.

Like a saying in Norway says: 'Fram og tilbake er like langt'.
That means: 'To, (a place), and back again, is just as far'.

So I wondered a bit why this was sent to the DWP, if it's ok that I ask about this.

Best regards,
