I've tried to look through the correspondence with the Council now, and found some other complaints to the Council that might interest you.

I couldn't find the particular e-mail you asked for now.


Do you want me to sit all day trying to find this e-mail?

Can't you just investigate this?

Dear Mr Ribsskog,

As explained in my previous email. The complaint that you sent to the Jobcentre in 2011 is a different complaint and we are unable to assist you with this as it was regarding deductions to your Job Seekers Allowance.

The complaint you have made to us recently is that the council have refused to pay a back dated council tax benefit claim. Can you confirm whether or not you have formally made a claim or if you have just asked the council if it is possible?
