Hi,

someone else, (from Keith Court), seems to be chating with the intimidating person now.

I would have normally sent an e-mail to the Police about this.

(Or called them, but they pretend to not understand what I'm saying sometimes.

Something which I think is alienating).

But the Police don't reply to my e-mails.

(I've sent them hundreds of e-mails regarding internet-crime, etc).

Regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

I went out to buy a burger at McDonalds now.

And someone are standing right outside the gate, to Keith Court.

I think it's intimidating.

He has been standing there for around five minutes now.

And he talks to me.

And say 'is there someone in number one'.

But he make no sign of moving, when I went to the litter-bins, etc.

I think it's intimidating.

People shouldn't obstruct someones gate like this, I think.

There are ten flats in Keith Court, not just one.

I send to the Council, because I've earlier called the Police regaring a similar insident, last year.

But then the Police just pretended to not understand what I was saying, when I called.

Regards,

Erik Ribsskog
