(I've earlier been in touch with you regarding some cases in July, (to
do with the Jobcentre), and which were resolved, if I remember it
right.

And there was also a case before that, I think, regarding the
'telephone ombudsman', (or something like that), which I can't
remember now it was resolved.

Just something I thought about now, as an update).
