Hi,

these e-mails I've sent were meant as updates, (like I think I've
written on them).

I think I found that e-mail address on your website.

(Where it says it's your contact e-mail address, I think).

Just an advice that you could call your e-mail-address something more
understandable, (for the public, whom the police are meant to serve,
if I remember it right from school, etc), like
post@merseyside.police.uk.

Just an advice.

I'm sure I don't have to explain that you could send these e-mails on
to the mentioned constable so to help him in his case-work, (since he
told me I couldn't get a reference-number, at the end of the meeting,
since these cases were still being procesed, or something like that).
