Hi,

I read about this vacancy on the Direct Gov-website, and I wanted to
please apply for this job.

I've worked as a Store Manager for four years, (I was a
Cashier/Stocker from 1992 to 1994, then a Key Holder in the summer of
1994, then an Aspiring Manager the rest of 1994, then an Assistant
Manager, (in two different stores), from 1995 til 1998, then a Store
Manager, (in three different stores), from 1998 to 2002, then Key
Holder, (in two different stores while I studied full-time), from 2002
to 2004), in the Norwegian grocery-chain Rimi, (now owned by ICA).

I was responsible for motivating, training and developing up to 25
employees, at a time, when I worked as a Store Manager, in Rimi, and
one of the shops I worked as a Store Manager in, (Rimi Kalbakken, in
Oslo), from 2000 to 2001, had a weekly turn-over, at around 850.000
NOK, (which is around £90.000).

I've also worked as a full-time Cashier, (later part-time Cashier and
Delicatessen-employee, while studying), in the big hypermarked
Matland, (which was bought by Coop while I worked there, and changed
its name to OBS! Triaden), in Lørenskog in Norway.

I attach my CV and hope to hear back from you!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi again,

also, the door was standing wide open there.

(In November).

That was a bit strange, I think.

Also, Mary made a point of, that Royal Mail already had been there today.

But I hadn't asked about that.

I know that they're there at around 5 PM, usually.

It's like Mary mentioned this to provoke me, to insinuate that they
were going to do some 'funny stuff', with the packets.

I've been sending packets from my web-shop, from many other
post-offices in Sunderland and Liverpool.

And there also is another post-office, in Walton.

I could start using that.

They could just tell me, in Winslow St.

It isn't like I feel welcome, in the Post Office, in Winslow St.

Mary spoke with a working-class accent, I noticed.

It's like the staff there are mobsters who want to prey on me, and who
are acting un-proffesional, I think.

I think Mary was un-professional when she started nagging, about a
months old case, when I went to the Post Office today, to send the two
packets.

People should be able to expect to be treated more professional at the
Post Office, I think.

How can you have staff that acts as un-proffesional as this.

What's the name of the manager, at this Post Office, I wonder.

If they don't want me to buy post-services from them, I could go to
another post-office.

Even if the one in County Road also seems a bit 'dodgy', it didn't use
to have a proper sign, for months, around a year ago.

So perhaps the French, Dutch, Danish or German post-office should
start opening a branch in Walton.

Let's hope so.

Because the British ones are just full of low-life, it seems.

Hi,

I went to the Post Office in Winslow St. now.

The post office-woman who has been with a ship to Norway wasn't working now.

In stead it was Mary.

Mary complained about that I had complained about her.

(To you).

I asked her when this was.

She answered some months ago.

But I have sent hundreds of packets to Norway, from my web-shop.

I can't remember what happens every time I go to the post-office.

Because you have so many different certificates of posting.

And there has also been a lot of complaints surrounding that post
office staff are stubborn, and don't want to give me the type of
certificate of posting, that I ask for.

But I thought this was resolved now.

What was that Mary was trying to tell me, I was wondering.

When I got home now, I see that Mary haven't given me receipts.

Only 2 x Horizon Certificate of Posting.

But it doesn't say the price, of the postage, on these receipts.

And it doesn't say the weight.

I paid eight pounds and something, (if I remember it right).

What was the exact amount I was paying, I was wondering.

Also what was the weight, (for each packet).

(Just so that I have this information, to prove to the customers, that
I've sent these packets.

If the packets take weeks.

Like happened once).

Also, Mary started asking me what the value of the packets were.

I've sent hundreds of packets to Norway earlier, but can't remember
that they ask me that.

I'd also filled out a form, for the customs, (at home), like I always
use to do, I'd say.

Also, an old woman, (a manager), stod besides Mary, the whole time.

Without saying who she was.

I'd like to complain about this poor customer-service, please.

I've gone to commerce and office-school, in Norway, for three years.

I've gone to a private academy name NHI.

I've worked in retail for fifteen years, and in retail-management for
around ten years.

I don't like to be naged on, about month old cases, when I go to the
Post Office.

When I e-mail you about a case, then this should be dealt with in
writing, I think.

And not months later, by a hostile post office-worker.

Maybe in Russia, but not in the western world, I think.

That was like this woman had her periode, or something, I think.

The Post Office should be better organised, I think.

You have an organisation, and you could use that to inform staff,
about desitions, in a case.

So that they aren't going to bring up month old cases, when people go
to the Post Office.

That's out of place, I think.

And that case must have been resolved, I think.

So please tell your staff to stop hasassing me when I go to the
post-office, and patronising me like acting like my mother.

And which amount should I put in the book-keeping, 8 pounds and X pence?

And the weight on these two packets please, (in case the customers
want to see the receipt that shows I've sent their packet).

Regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Hei,

Mvh.

Hi,

I did that the other day, regarding an earlier complaint.

But your web-form didn't send me a copy of the complaint.

I think your website isn't fine, since it doesn't have a Professional Standards Department e-mail-address on it.

And people don't get a copy of the complaint, when they use your web-site, to file a complaint to the Professional Standards Department.

But I can send a copy of this e-mail to my local MP, so then can send about this to the Parliamentary Ombudsman, so for them to ask you to fix the web-site.

Also, I feel a bit like I'm writing with a school-girl here when you write your name in funny, big letters like that.

(And without a last-name).

I wonder if someone are pulling my leg a bit here.

Good Evening Mr Ribsskog.

I am sorry if I offended you using your first name.  Let me please explain why I asked how you managed
to obtain the email, is that for the last week or so you have advised someone is placing false orders for you to local fast food establishments, and I have previously advised you to speak to the companies directly.
Therefore I was checking if you had followed my suggestions and therefore the establishments had
sent them to you.

From the information you have now provided the offender, has your name / address / telephone number
and email address - which is a lot to obtain.
Therefore I would recommend that you do the following:-  Contact the companies concerned and request
they do not send any further orders out to you without a password, Change your password to access your email address (Incase has been breached).  As previously advised we would need each company to contact us, as although this is a inconvenience to you, it
is a financial burden on them.

As you can appreciate I cannot give anymore advice and therefore would suggest you refrain from emailing
us now, unless you find out who the person via the companies.

Min Bok 6 - Kapittel 54: Newcastle

Men men.

Men men.

Men men.

Men men.

Men men.

Men men.

Men men.

Men men.

Hi,

l've asked this to be sent to the Professional Standards Department.

Is this where it's at now?

Hi Mr Ribsskog,

Further to your emails below can we clarify if you have contacted the companies involved direct & changed your email password etc? If the companies themselves
are aware to ignore all orders to your address & your email security is updated this should stop the problem altogther. If you still wish to discuss the matter further please reply to this email or ring our non-emergency number 101.

Hi,

like I've explained earlier, I think my role in this is to report this to the Police.

If you could please escalate this to the Professional Standards Department, to get a second opinion on how to do this.

Best regards,

Thanks

Hi,

I checked the inbox in my e-mail-programme.

And there it was.

(That's the normal, default way of uptaining e-mails, I think.

Or else I would have explained.

Why this funny question?

Seems like an odd thing to ask.

Of course I've gotten that e-mail the normal way.

Or else I would have mentioned it.

And I'm Mr. Ribsskog to you I think).

Erik Ribsskog

PS.

I have had similar problems many days, the last week:

Four delivery-guys where on my door on 14/11, (ref: 1376 14. Nov).

Fourteen delivery-guys where on my door around 28/10, (ref: 1578 28. Oct).

There where also some on 13/11, (ref: 1275 13. Nov).

I was wondering if this was something for the Police.

If you wanted to get these pizza-people to stop sending me e-mails or food.

I haven't contacted them at all.
