Hi, good Saturday night! In the first e-mail this didn't seem to be manditory. But in this e-mail it seems manditory. This looked a bit like some 'mumbo jumbo' to me, the other day. The normal recruitment-process is that I send an application, (like I've done). And then you invite me to a jobinterview, (or not). This seems like some funny stuff to me if you don't do this in a traditionaly manner, I think. Is this some 'hippie-stuff'?
