Hi,

I think the only word to use here, is 'moronic'.

Because the Home Office has had my complaint, since around 2010.

And then you tell me, that they haven't had enough time, to process my
complaint.

That's moronic, I think.

So I still want this escalated to your line-manager there.

(Maybe he has more sense).
