I want to know the name of the troll who has ordered this in my name.
And I also want to know which better routines that you're going to start with, so that this doesn't happen again, to other people/citizens.
Also I think it's a bit clammy that you use my first-name like that in the salutation.
What's wrong with just 'hi'.
